I definitely agree with number 3. Why should a person whose husband was killed in a SUV fire get 1 billion! Why should the company lose only a few 100K!
It similar to having fines, like for parking, relative to the wealth of the owner.
Plus I like the use of the semicolon. No one uses them anymore.
I agree with you as well. I never liked the fact that young people only have some rights and not others. I've even had this opinion since I was younger than 10.
Your post seems to match the libertarian philosphy. You should go to the Ron Paul Forums at http://www.ronpaulforums.com/ They have many similar views as you.
P.S. You might not get it since it is a reply almost a day ago.
What kind of layout can a parking lot be to prevent spying on cars? The rest makes sense though. Maybe the lanes are all directed towards the windows. That way a worker inside can quickly scan the cars infront of his office.
1. It should start out as "Is the mayor," or possibly, "Are the mayors".
2. "Where" should be were".
3. I believe there should be 2 "there"'s but I not sure.
4. It seems funny to read but I think it is right; "are not" could be "aren't".
5. I made several errors my self so you don't need to correct them. Such as periods inside the quotes instead of outside them. Maybe the semicolon as well.
I know why. They need to give their children and their children's children money who didn't earn it. Unfortunately it won't only last 3 months. Maybe 4 dozen years.
Are there any you can get free or it this a way to get low income people to spend 10 or so dollars, read large percentage of their salary, just because the gov't says, "you can do that anymore."
"compared to the US" That is true of many western countries. Though many nations do do that sort of things as well.
"We can purchase and train with weapons." Ignoring that some people don't think that is good, though I like that. Many felons can't. If they only have "victimless" crimes or even things like graphita(sp) they may not be able to purchase guns. Plus this only applies to hand guns or rifles. No machine guns for you, well if it was made before 1980 I believe it is legal.
"We aren't forced to pray to God, Allah, or The Flying Spaghetti Monster." We aren't forced to per se but money does have "god" in it. Just like "God Save the Queen" or something like that.
"The government doesn't tell me who to marry, where to live, or how much I should be making." You can't marry people of the same sex.
"I can start my own business. If I do a good job with it, I can make alot of money." Theoretically but not in practice. You can start a small business but because of gov't regulations it might be overcome by big companies.
As for fundamental freedoms: (listed by amendment number) 1st: "Think of the Children" is a good way to get rid of speech. Many swear words and stuff like nudity and violence are censored somewhat. The FCC would fine you or not let you keep your freqency if you go against them.
4: I wonder what warrentless wiretaps are. 8: I think a sandwhich sign saying "I did this crime" in public counts as cruel and unusual 9: It is supposed to mean that you have all rights, such as privacy, and that is doesn't need to be mentioned. In practice, though, many people say "You don't have this right" when the 9th says you do. 10: Almost everything, via the interstate commerce clause, has been decleared reasonable, from SCOTUS. An example is that a farmer who grew his own food and tried to sell it was forced to pay a tax. The argument was that his selling might prevent interstate companies from doing so so he has an affect on other states. The Supreme Court still allowed him to be taxed.
Just wondering, what is your idea of what Ctrl-alt-del should do? I would say that is overrules everything the the OS needs to do except maybe the timer. It can be adjusted for different users or admins of course.
They are doing something wrong. They are buying from corrutp dealers. Alot of the money may go to the Jewellers but some is still going to DeBeers. If you at least buy non-diamonds then that won't be a problem. You can still use your favorite jewelers but noy support diamonds cartels. I still like emeralds. Everyone else gets Diamonds or even saphires or rubies, or use Ruby. You can have a ring that has ssphire, ruby, and emerald. No matter what kind of light you will always see somthing. You could also go for rough diamonds. They are cheaper, though probably not by much, and more interesting, at least to me. And you'd think geologists.
P.S. I just got a wound on my right thumb; for a right-hander that could be annoying though. Did I still type this well for just, except a few keys, with my left hand. It might haveonly taken twice or thrice, I like that word, as long.
Was there any other interesting bit from that book?
I wouldn't call 12 people enough to make a bipartisan determination I don't think 1 or each means both sides agree. Maybe a hundred of each. And of course 100 cosponsors doesn't even makes sense. To summarize, bipartisan would mean, for the Senate, like 90 total
for it; not just 60 or so. Or so that is my opinion
That would be nice but it doesn't always work. Many laws are harsh but still on the books. Some judges/juries might go against it but not all. I don't know if drug laws apply but an example could be that pot is still illegal to grow and use. You might get that infrigement hurts value for both but at least value is for illegal people in the case of drugs.
I'm still waiting for someone to use the "I Have a Dream" speech in public. It is completely illegal to say. Hopefully though you idea will make people think that the laws are wrong with that example. They may just, as usual, publicify that one case
Sorry for usin illegal in many cases. I don't know what other word to use.
No; you should always do ethical dilemmas. I once read a comment on/. about someone saying their contract to their family was more important that that of the company they worked for. I don't know the exact extent of the problem here but that would mean that anybody with a family could do unethical, maybe even illegal, things and use the excuse, "I have to do it to support my family." "They won't survive if I don't do the bad things my companies want because a McJob won't cut it."
The business world probably is like that. That doesn't mean you should be.
I wonder if this is a cognitive dissonance. Ethical job and family support are both needed but can't be at the same time. The remedy is to make one more important than the other. The other then doesn't exist in this comparison.
"Hippy Bathday to Gnu" might be better, or at least 'gnu' sounds less similar that 'ewe', if you pronounce the hard G. The 'a' rather than 'y' can be difficult to differentiate.
They may be tamperable, and probably are, but I still like them. I am biased as I lived here my whole life and am used to it. Touch screens still don't seem good enough though. If they look like bank ATM's... Paper does have a paper trail, it would be weird if it didn't, but it almost seems too low tech. If hyperbole is used then I could compare it too etching on stone tablets; that would require a bit of insanity though. Levers look simple just look across for the name/party and down for the position. They also have remedies to prevent more than one vote at a time as well as partial votes. Approval voting would be easy to implement. In my opinion thesecond best after a more general range voting. No FL recount would happen here. I don't know why a printout at the end of the use cound be made. Plus they have been tested for decades and have little problems. Luckely NY will be using them for at least a few more years. I could vote for a presedent, if any good ones, next year on them.
You mean Castlevania is censored! Except for the physical lack of blood it is pretty violent. I play the first few and now I am a mass murderer. What is the non-censored version like?
I'm all for people getting compensated for their hard work. I disagree with that. I am for people attempting to get compensated for their hard work. It is hard work for me to play a game without getting killed. I should get paid for that, i.e. just for playing. In most cases like that people would have to pay to watch. The player gets money to have spectators, not to play.
Another way of getting it changed, depending on the country, in the US it works, is to commit it and have a jury not convict you. Fortunately that works in areas where it is only nominally representative.
That's already true for me, at least via air. I don't mind much of it but I don't like the security so I will abstain from non-ground movement. Plus a benefit is that you get to see things not visible from Google Earth.
What is yomsrap? Google seems not to know and hence it doesn't exist. I didn't watch the video, I don't watch those online so maybe it is mentioned in it.
The problem is that the RI/MP AA would want to limit speech, i.e. bad reviews, because they are losing money.
I definitely agree with number 3.

This is about your sig.
I saw a show with the title, "For whom the bell tolls."
The first think I though of was your sig.
I know why.

Actually they took it apart for an episode a few months ago.
Yes it's bad I know this.

It is one of the most insightful lines in a movie, and even real life.
