The current liberal market is younger and college level educated. The conservative market are older and although contains college level educated individuals its not as high as the liberal market.
Statistics show that there are percentage wise more college educated republicans than democrats. The only statistic which shows higher education among democrats is the slightly higher percentage of post graduate among democrats
I hate to point this out, but those same fearful old conservatives 40 years ago were probably young educated liberals, and 40 years from now, today's young educated liberals will be fearful old conservatives. That's just the way it works. When we are young and essentially have not much money money and little responsibility and are getting supported more or less by the government through the education system, we selfishly want the government to continue those social and educational benefit programs which benefit us, then when we get older, get a job, get responsibilities, get taxed, we tend to selfishly want to keep the money which we have been working so hard to get. Looking out for number one is the name of the game in both cases, but don't feel bad, because if it weren't for looking out for number one, then we wouldn't be here today.

She could get many smartphones with retail values up to $300 for free with a two year commitment, but for dumb phones even with a two year commitment, the discounts were either non-existent or piss-poor. Of course, they are happy to give away a smartphone, because the extra $20 a month they charge you for data costs them next to nothing and you will have that phone paid for in no time.

If only there was a way to collect a tax in a centralized location base on the amount of wear and tear that a vehicle does and how many miles they drive. Oh wait, there is, we could charge a tax for every dollar of fuel sold. The more heavy vehicles buy more gas, and the ones that drive farther buy more gas, There is no need for expensive toll collectors or electronic pass infrastructure. All that crap needlessly escalates the cost of maintaining the roads, but they justify it as making jobs for people, basically middle class welfare.
Of course, by collecting taxes on fuel, electric cars get a free pass, but they usually are smaller cars and don't cause as much damage, so I am willing to give them their free pass. Perhaps in the future, there could be a tax on "fast charges" at electric fueling stations.
