Well, since not many people have commented yet, I can still whine without being redundant. I haven't played all the games on the list, so I'll have a pretty short response.
KotOR nominated for innovation? It's a standard CRPG. Bleh.
No Star Wars Galaxies or Final Fantasy XI for best MMORPG? Again, bleh.
Wind Waker nominated for best character/story development? This game has characters?
And Xenosaga not nominated for best original soundtrack?
At least the one- and two-nominee categories prove that these guys have no idea what they're doing, so I don't feel too angry.
There are two endings. It's a bit short to have major spoilers, but I'll play it safe anyway. Basically, there are two endings: one that you get by playing the "normal" way, and another by using some clues from the first ending.
The gameplay isn't even close to the original Mario games, anyway. It's made by Treasure, the makers of the wondweful Mischief Makers, and plays much more like that.
We use computers all the time in my (high school) physics class. My teacher often busts out his old Apple II's to use with even older oscilloscopes. We also have a couple Macs, though newer that the Apple II's, are still about 8 years old. They're good for when someone forgets a calculator and has to make some graphs for a lab.
Even if laws get passed, it doesn't mean everyone will give up their guns. I, for one, would easily give up my second amendment rights if and only if I knew no one else had a gun. Other people would keep their guns, and if I gave up mine, I would just be more of a victim.

They probably mean multiple platforms with the plural. But who knows...
Well...rumor has it that Nintendo is dying. Maybe I should go visit and pay my respects. I wonder if it's in the same hospital as Apple and BSD.
We all know that these pictures were the real purpose behind all those World War II bombing missions.
Good luck with that. Everyone knows it's the geeks that choose what's socially acceptable...
I've been told to kill Germans in tons of World War II games and no one's complained about that...

Well...I suppose the DMCA would last 997 more years. (998 if you count 3001 as the start of the millenium.)
I will not agree that video games induce violence until Japan has the highest murder rate, instead of the insanely low number that it currently has.

Then you just have a blunt object.
