It was determined that there is PLENTY of power assuming that most charge at night. That is why we are moving towards time based power (more expensive in the day vs. night).
And if EESTOR is real, or even if the other ultracaps come down in costs, what will happen is that ppl will charge at night, and either us it during the daytime OR sell it back to the power companies during the day.
IOW, they will buy the power at say.01 and sell it back at.05.
Finally, you ppl in the east have an issue because your grid is one big one. Enough of the systems go out and it brings down a number of them. Internet tech needs to be applied here.

China, like India, controls their money. They make certain that it is designed to flow the jobs there. In addition, both China and India have trade barriers designed to block western goods. The west needs to inact slow trade barriers against both until they agree to free their money's up and to drop their barriers. China had a 10 year period and has basically lied about it. They have done NOTHING. India did not promise, so I believe that we should get them to lower these over a couple of year period. But WRT china, it should be simply that our barriers raise over a 2 year period.
GM announced back in August that they had a number of plants and China and like the PROFIT so much that they were going to move a great deal more work there. A lot is made there with more to come. That is why I say that any of the 3 that wants a loan or a break-up needs to move the jobs back here and need to be broken up.
