Borland's first line of Windows versions of their software had to be developed with VERY little knowledge of the Windows API.

That's NOT what happened in California. The software itself didn't work. Diabold has now admitted it didn't work and apologized for it. California should sue Diabold. Cruz Bustemente should sue California and the governator should be recalled.

I have 100's of them (that I have to maintain) and from my experience I can honestly say Windows 2000 is the best OS Microsoft has ever produced (but, remeber what I'm comparing it to).
XP on the other hand is the biggest, most bloated piece of crap they've ever produced so 2000 must have been a fluke.
Angel was taking up a really good time slot for yet another infomercial about people's reaking feet, or miricle food processing device that can replace a two dollar knife.
I'd hate to think the state of our military's infrastructure is in the hands of someone so stupid he thinks he's going to get an answer to this question after he mis-posted it to a discussion that has nothing to do with linux or is too fucking dumb to uninstall an RPM.
