BTW, they said 'no comments' when they were directly asked if 3.0 will support bluetooth HID..... but a tethered keyboard via the dock is a possibility.
And to add to this, they explicitly say they don't want any donations.
We've seen some comments about you lovely people wanting to donate money to us. We'd just like to say that we DO NOT accept donations. There is no paypal account associated to us, there is no way to donate to us, we do this as a hobby and don't want to be paid and we fund all of this ourselves and it works out just fine.
Anyone who says "donate to DevTeam" in our name is lying, so don't send them anything, you'll just fund their crack habit.
Keep your dough for the lovely shiny Apple products, we think you'll need it.
If you do want to send us something, please send a scan of a postcard from your city, handwrite a nice message scan it and sent it over to blog@iphone-dev.com
Peter Jackson loved the camera so much that he suggested Steven Soderbergh to use it for his new movie on Che Guevara...which he has made now. So definitely it is not vaporware.
Every time I see an article about CAPTCHAs being broken, I always think, "Why not try animated CAPTCHAs?"
Surely something this simple has been thought of before and tried; is there any reason it wouldn't work? Or would it just have the same effectiveness as a static-image CAPTCHA, and so there's just no reason to put forth the effort to make one? Animated GIFs are simply multiple images(frames) saved in one file.
It would be easier to break it since the bots can "see" the same text in multiple images and interpret it better when you have multiple images showing the same text.
There is a hack to "up" your account to 250MB in case Hotmail hasnt yet (based on your country)...just change your country to US or Canada in your profile. Then choose to disable your account, then re-enable it. It will move you to 25MB first in case you are still stuck on 2MB, and then 250MB in a week's time.
disclaimer: i did this for my account and it worked, no guarantees on all accounts..
When everything can be crammed into the size of a laptop (including a battery) why is it (or has it been) so difficult to make something like a mac mini?
I think no one bothered till the Apple came along, and Wintel went...WAIT a minute...
Ha!

With dock accessibility available now...an AB + 4 way control joystick can be built now!
Gaming potential is unbelievable!
There's no place like 127.0.0.1
There's no place like localhost?
Wouldn't "There's no place like ~/" be better?
You are right. Anyways, it is time for me to change my sig to another lousy pun :P

Wired had posted a really detailed article on where Red is in its September issue. You can read it here - http://www.wired.com/entertainment/hollywood/magazine/16-09/ff_redcamera?currentPage=all

Still, DSMC is a whole new ball game.
I was wondering if you ever considered using a CDN service like Akamai to serve content? Most of the big sites (Apple/MS etc) use it.
Here is Steve Jobs' reply to Woz's interview -
Oh wait....
Does Shaye have a stallion in his stables which can be "taken care" of?
Search for "failure" still brings George W Bush on top...(http://www.searchmash.com/search/failure)
So either searchmash's algorithm is still susceptible to the same Google bombing technique or Bush has actually failed.
"Why would anybody want to buy these domains unless they are the bank themselves -- or a phishing scammer?", F-Secure asks."
Because domain sitters might want to earn from naive customers reaching these sites and clicking on contexual ads?

What looks like low pay to you, is quite a handsome salary for them...
I don't believe that can happ...[hey who deleted my file?]

...easier still, the system should just flush the water.

The new MSN search offers searching through Encarta, maybe Google plans to offer searching through Wikipedia in the future?
...this seems like a fitting tribute to me
Fitting would be if that astreoid collides with earth to clear way for an intergalactic hyperway system...;)
Well, don't give a demo if your product is not ready! (Of course, MS will never be able to give a demo then...;))
