I remember firing up BASIC (or was it BASICA...or GWBASIC?) and starting by setting "Screen 2", which let you use the graphics components. Next was "Auto" for auto line numbering. "System" was to exit BASIC.
BTW if you want to go back in time and work on GW-Basic, its available as a abandonware at this site xtcabandonware.com and GWBASIC is available here GWBASIC.

My mother went through angioplasty at the Escorts Heart Research Institute (New Delhi, India, http://www.ehirc.com/). Not only did the operation go smoothly, the total cost of the whole procedure (including stay, doctor's fee, consultations, actual procedure, angiography etc) came to under $4000. Out of this $2000 was for the medicated stent used, which is imported from the US.
(PS: This particular hospital performs over 20 angioplasties and around 8 bypass surgeries daily)
I work in a media company in India and I can tell you that because of EVMs the time taken for tallying ballots has also come down by a significant time. We used to spend days in office waiting for the last ballot to be counted to declare the result. Now its over within a shift!

Well it should stay around 30-40MB with compression also improving with the years..unless the trailer is some 5 minutes!
