I wonder if the judges would've ruled differently if they had seen this compelling video. This law could have protected many people of questionable age from exploitation in the prono industry.
I thought that Coolio gave Weird Al permission to do the song, that's why he didn't get sued. When Coolio can out against the song it was because he had a gansta rapper image to maintain.
Well isn't Linux (as in the kernel) licensed under the GNU? Yeah. So therefor it's GNU/Linux.
Just it's to much to say so everyone just calls it Linux.
I have read my ISPs TOS and it's pretty scary. They site laws under the 1984 "Cabel Act" and Electronic Communications Policy Act of 1998 (ECPA), that basically say that they can monitor everything I do. They can collect the following types of personally identifiable information name, phone #s, home and work addresses, SSN, and credit card #s, billing, payment, damage, security deposits, maintenance and repairs, and # of PCs and configuration. Also under the Cable Act they may collect personally identifiableinformation without your consent, and they can disclose all this information to anyone without your permission. Under the ECPA they can monitor all your communications. And the time that they can retain this personally identifiable information is as long as they want.
A teacher at school, who leads the IT learning department, said they where asked to teach mainframes from different IT companies, and they did at one time. And the reason they stopped teaching it was because none of these companies would hiring any of the graduates, because they all where looking for people with at least 3 years of work experience in that IT field.
D-Day is a general military term, with specific applications, for a day on which hostilities, an operation, or an exercise commences, or is planned to commence. Most famous was 6 June 1944, the beginning of Operation Overlord, the Allied landings in Normandy. Along with the term H-Hour, D-Day originated in the First World War.

They differ because they use the metric system in Europe.
