They say one main difference is the CPU is at the front of the case and the video card can share the cooling. My case is like this already! The CPU is in the lower front and the case fan can blow directly on it and the video card. The only difference I can see is the video card interface...no other advantage!
I wasn't saying she was right...just pointing out her reason for the statement. However, I thought that the subpoena was merely to collect information on the person's contact information. Shouldn't they need some sort of indication of wrongdoing before gaining that information? What other information could they obtain from Verizon to accertain her guilt?
The problem is that the subpoena was NOT served to her. The subpoena was served to Verizon. THAT is what she claims is denying her due process. They are trying to get her information from Verizon without serving her directly.
So any conspiracy theorists out there want to come up with a theory about how hackers were able to kill the electrical grid in the northeast by tampering with one or a few power plants and causing the massive chain reaction???
Why do people keep thinking this would be a great space heater??? Your computer with all it's fans gives off a certain amount of heat. This case with no fans should give off THE SAME AMOUNT OF HEAT! The components are not going to produce more heat! The heat is just dispersed differently. Instead of air being circulated through the case, it will be circulated around the outside.
Since the cameras are activated by the RFID tag itself, there wouldn't be a flag since the second picture would never be taken. Thus they would know you didn't leave the store with the item and must have placed it somewhere in the store.
Well, they aren't exactly hidden, but the Walmart site states that you have to pay almost $18 for any CD that is lost by either you or the post office.
I currently subscribe to Netflix, and at the rate they are either lost or stolen while in route back to the Netflix warehouse, I wouldn't want to be paying that for each one! Netflix has yet to charge me for those and state they won't unless it becomes frequent.
Some people have mentioned possible uses for this like driving throught snowstorms and such. While it is true that you would know where the road was so that you could stay on it, you wouldn't know where the poor sap in front of you was that can't drive any farther due to being blinded by the snow. The system is useless if it allows you to ram into someone because you are busy looking at the monitor to follow the road. If visibility is bad enough that you cannot see the road, then you should not be moving period!
Another instance would be if something changes, for example, a bridge washes out in a blinding, hail filled rain storm and flood. I realize that these are extreme conditions, but this technology in its given state would only create a false sense of security IMO.
True, but I can't believe that it took this long for us to "allow" women to contribute!?!? Why is it that society believes that women are any less capable of contributing in the field of physics than men?
Never assume drugs or otherwise is the problem for your child's poor academic performance. Videogame addiction is not to be under-estimated. It is a serious epidemic plaguing our children nationwide. We recommend getting professional psychiatric help.
