I don't know about the latest edition. But you can take a look at an older edition here: http://www.glprogramming.com/red/
I learned OGL mostly from this book (along with NeHe's tutorial on gamedev.net).
They're selling a crippled EEG machine for $500 which doesn't even give the read out of the brain activities. If you are semi serious about this, I would suggest you take a look at OpenEEG. It's a opensource DIY modular EEG machine that costs around $200 to build (there is also a partialy build version available). There are several free games, and the best thing is, it's not limit to the Playstation (supports Win, Mac, Linux, PocketPC, etc.).
Of course if you want to make sense of the readings, you need to know how to interpret the brainwave patterns. There are several book on this subject; the more popular ones are: Getting Started with Neurofeedback The High-Performance Mind
I agree, a PDA would be easier to detect a WIFI signal.
But if these WIFI detector were to work passively in the background instead of having to press a button to scan for a signal, they would be much more useful.
The screenshots don't look bad. They have high poly counts/texture, but the lighting model looks too primitive (compared to some of the upcoming game eg. Stalker,Doom3,DeusEx2,FarCry,etc), as if it supports only diffuse shading.
The thing that would be really great is if it could play Half Life 1 mods, so I can play Counter Strike on it, till I wait for Team Fortress 2.
I heard on the news a while ago, that Microsoft is planning on showing a smaller and "slimmer" XBox at E3. Maybe this a good time for Microsoft to get rid of those big bluky ones. If anyone has a link to that news story, please post it.

Does this game use the newer version of Quake 3 engine, or is it the same as Elite Force 1?
