    I was thinking more in costs than wages. Europe is a lot cheaper place to live Heck, the entire rest of the world is a cheaper place to live.

    Dallas is fiction from the 1970s. Hollyweird is fiction. The reason Donald Trump got elected is because of that.

    Not illegal. Policy is not equal to law.

    The main reason women weren't allowed on the front lines was because of specific duties they weren't able to do. Not assumed not able to do, physically not able to accomplish.

    To allow women on the front lines, they had to lower training standards.

    Or for that matter, plain old fashioned autism. I rely on my computer and cell phone to keep me on time. And I note that by age 25, I was able to shift my time perception consciously, well, with a cost. That cost being massive migraines.

    My favorite game for the Osbourne I back in the 1980s was "Air Traffic Controller"- done entirely in text mode.

    Anything that was a game in the early 1980s, is easily done with AI now.

    Even though I now work for a large chip manufacturer, I have a tendency to agree. That chip manufacturer missed it's earnings target by $1.8 billion due to the trade war with China and a disruption of a supply chain, a disruption that would simply not have happened with a diversified supply chain.

    Want to protect your supply chain from tariffs, spying, and other political crap? Diversify! Make components in as many countries as possible, and when one is compromised, shut it down and make it someplace else.
