This is the key. If green cards were based on international law enforcement, mental health, and international terrorism investigation database lookups instead of quotas and interviews, there'd be no need for the rest of this crap. And I bet you could reduce that decade and a half wait time down to Domino's rules- 30 minutes or less- for first and 2nd world countries, thereby creating incentives for 3rd world governments to modernize.
Winning WWII by sacrificing 120% of our GDP yearly? Or maybe the great westward migration, in which a small population on the East Coast gave up comforts in return for free land?
One thing all cars in the near future need is semi-transparent HDMI compatible windshield heads up displays.
That alone would reduce accidents due to distracted driving by half- because you could see the semi you're about to rear end through your semi-transparent e-mail.
Add voice recognition and you've got a full computing solution to help you out when you put your Tesla on autopilot.
Yet another reason for me to NEVER eat at Burger King again. Messy breakfasts you can't eat in the car, sub-par cooking techniques, and now, they're messing with stuff through the TV. I wonder why they haven't released "Hey Cortana" and "Siri" adverts yet.
And besides, if you're going to do this to your citizens anyway, it's easier just to put the whole country on a 10.x.x.x subnet and allow access to the greater internet only through approved proxies. That way you only need ONE IP4 address for each 16 million citizens or so; a greater population than many of these countries actually have.
Their website inputs change every six months. As far as predictability is concerned, that changes their output- which changes their predictions- which then more closely mirror reality. It's slight-of-hand "See how well we predicted the climate" when in reality, it's more observation of the past than prediction.
All complex mathematical models are bullshit. They have zero actual predictive value. The best thing you can know about the future is that it is unknowable, that there will ALWAYS be additional data you didn't consider in your plans, that there will always be events you didn't control for.
The answer is obvious- since the funds aren't actually frozen, sign up with another US partner who IS willing to do international wire transfer, transfer funds to them.
The predictions in the IPCC reports change every six months to reflect incoming data. It's pretty easy to be "remarkably accurate" when you keep revising your estimates.
I agree, you're looking a decade newer than the rest of us. We're talking 1977-1986 era, you're talking 1986-1996 era. By then, OS had gotten so complex it had to be loaded off of disk instead of stored in Rom. 1977-1986 era had an entirely different type of memory protection- the Operating System, including the primary programming language, was stored in ROM and thus could simply NOT be overwritten by a rogue program. It also only allowed one software program other than the operating system to run. Add in software that was delivered on cartridge ROM itself, to better utilize small ram sizes for DATA (my first machine was 16kb maximum RAM size, unless you wanted to spend over $1000 to up that to 48kb) and there was no need for any other memory protection.
There is a consensus view? For all the talk of one, I've yet to see anybody put down hard numbers that were still true three years from the prediction.
Which is why I don't understand how this company will stay in business very long. All it takes is somebody else to register Rentease.us, code the same wiki, and charge 10% to destroy them. Or 1%. Or a fraction of a fraction of a fraction.
More like raped the civilizations that spawned it.

I said "by default", not "permanently on". Presumably the passenger could turn this feature off temporarily.
Correct. But that's why I said "by default". Should be settable in settings.
The radio doesn't know when to shut up, how is that different?
Heck, if you have a bluetooth, you can answer with a tap on your ear without ever taking your eyes off the road.
Better yet, Android and IOS screen savers that are on by default whenever GPS velocity exceeds 20MPH.

Sedar Argic is back!

If they can't meet the goal with Hydro, then all they have to do is drill a geothermal well under Mt. Tabor's lava dome.
And you would know how? Did you keep a copy of the report as it was previously published on their site?
Such a trusting soul, no skepticism in you.....and no science either.

Exactly. Trump's game plan is to turn the United States into an autarky.
It isn't a proposal. It's a fact. You can't have a generally available cyberspace without all the information on it being public.
It doesn't matter what people "like" or "dislike". Real growing up is learning that emotions are irrelevant criteria.
Because there are better ways to resist than voting or blowing stuff up.

Exactly. Not my problem, that's why I own.
