I was talking about the Islamic Jihadi declaring war on just about everybody else in the world. It's impressive that the first world has it so well contained and covered up you don't even realize you're in a real shooting war.
I'm just amazed that TFA identified the Silicon Valley as a hot spot for this. In my experience, MOST C-level executives are psychopaths. It's part of the basic job description.
Nothing in IT offers job security. STEM roles are just far too insecure and unstable in general, is the problem. Of course, that's the problem for older men quite often too.
More a point about how religious morality and business ethics are both about arbitrary rules to base a civilization on. Some of which work better than others, and natural selection takes care of the rest.
Most of those warlords *are* Islamic Jihadi, that's why they are warlords.
The GGP was saying "there are fewer large wars". I don't see fewer, I just see consolidation into one.

Consistency across the union makes no sense when economically we're 11 different nations with distinctive spending habits.
Taxes to high? Give more. For the most part anyway, I'm for the Nun's Loophole to come back (and with President Trump, it just might).
A month ago we are all frozen. Nice to have the rain again.
Very good! Nice cut through the partisan, First World Problems bullshit.
We've been in WWIII since 1998, and you claim there's fewer large wars?
If you need a federal government to make you happy, your problem may be something entirely different and far deeper
Parent needs to be modded excessively intuitive and intelligent (been so long since I've had mod points I can't remember the categories).
Every problem Portland, OR has is directly related to forced attempts at diversity. Right up and including being a sanctuary city

If you need a federal government to make you happy, I think your problem is far deeper than just who was elected President.
I find it much simpler to just assume everything outside of my brain is public information.
Involuntary crowd funding, yes.
My suggestion is for active *voluntary* crowdfunding. Put your proposal and budget up on kickstarter, and when it's funded, you can do the research.
Doesn't matter, Trump will not sign this into law without eliminating two other regulations to balance it out.
I don't undertand why airlines don't compete on seat size.
Here's an idea for a better filter- crowdfund your science.
Yet another clueless liberal who doesn't understand that in the creative tension of 50% socialism, during a war, somebody has to sacrifice.
Here's an odd thought- if your research is so important to the future of mankind, how about crowdfunding it like everybody else.
I think for C-level executives, failing the Voight-Kampf Test would be reason to NOT hire the person.
You can't have empathy and be a C-level executive.

That's what I was wondering. If she was maintaining the robots, how do we know this wasn't an elaborate suicide?

I hardly consider Islam a religion, but even in Shariah Law, men are restricted, even if it is their victim is punished.
Engineering has always been inherently unstable. It's project based work where manpower requirements fluctuate.
If I had mod points, and didn't want to comment in this thread- the above should be +10 insightful
Ethics are morals. They are synonyms.
The groundwork is already laid:http://www.vatican.va/. He's just looking to make it better.
