Are google staff really so smart that the only things they can come up with are rehashed failed hacker ideas of the last 15 years ?, i guess this is a reflection of the staff they hire and the stupifying enviornment they boast about... as always google is just a bunch of so called smarties trying to pull the wool over the eyes of another generation of newbies that havent seen this type of thing, i guess they hire staff based on how much they can beat their heads against a brick wall ! or how much they can recall cool slashdot stories from years ago....
Having pretty good success wrapping Baby SAP, aka SAP Business One in WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) through the SAP B1 DI API then consuming the resulting WCF IIS service through BCS (Business Connectivity Services) in SharePoint 2010, architecturally a very secure solution thats scalable to the cloud ie. SAP B1 on premise and SharePoint Online in cloud , and it just works !, especially when you present the required Business screens via forms server based InfoPath froms and handle the business logic via WF (Workflow Foundation) SharePoint workflow.... actually haven't seen anyone else do this and its very Elegant, I would recommend... obiously there is Duet Enterprise for the big SAP R3 version and SharePoint, but less common than B1
Well Volvo were way ahead with software updates from the late 90's. The S80 was well known for having more computing power than an F15 with over 40 computers. I guess in this context thats why Ford bought them, then sold them off once they learned a few tricks. Unfortunately Ford did not learn how to upgrade a car via the Internet, like with a Volvo when you get it serviced. i.e. when they plug the car in at a dealer, it connects to the factory via the internet. I think a USB stick is just a marketing gimmick.

If Australians hadn't worked it out, when the whole broadband filter when a little quiet, along came the NBN. Its clear after trials of the filter that some smart guy told the government if you force everyone through the same controlled internet system you have a better chance of filtering / tracking sites , well the NBN was born. This is the only way the government could implement a broadband filter, and today Optus and Telstra signed deals with the NBN totalling billions, offcouse the NBN is just one big internet filter, and the government is going to try force everyone through it to implement their filter.
