    without you doing anything, you know you don't want it to open!

    I think the code already is out. At least it's already done.

    The REAL Gnome-2.6-is-done date was 22:nd and the Put-out-pressrelease date is tomorrow, 24:th. They are probably waiting for the mirrors to sync.

    No, that's not enough. For the songs to become visible on the iPod you have to edit the iPod's database, add ID3 tags etc.

    I think we (Euro/American) tend to overlook a lot of Eastern (China, Japan, India....) Open Source software projects because we just don't hear about them.

    If you would frequent some Open Source site from one of those countries you would probably notice a lot more projects. Of cource, that's hard if one can't understand the language.
    So, I think there are a lot of OSS communities in those countries too, they are just not very visible in our communities.

    my school does.
    The cource is called Human-Computer Interaction and it's on the CS Department at Lund University (Sweden).

    I plan on taking it sometime soon, if they don't cancel the whole cource.

    I've seen them using Interface Builder on their labs and such. Unfortunately we only have 14 Macs, so the excercises may get a little crowded..
