    Case 1: Song is in Top 100 (or whatever). 'See, your honor? This is a best selling song, and we would have made tons more but for his piracy!!!"

    Case 2: Song has no profits. "See, your honor? Nobody bought this song because they just downloaded his pirate copy!!!"

    Two words. Tactile feedback. Even the mushiest keyboard lets you feel that you've hit the key. With a touchscreen keyboard you need to use visual feedback and take away your eyes from the screen or from your source material.

    Having developed for OpenServer and Xenix, I must correct you.

    OpenServer is not Xenix. OpenServer is an SVR3 derivative. UnixWare is their SVR4 product. Xenix died with Xenix/386.
