ubuntu has been doing that with each release. 9.10 removed pidgin for empathy witch i personalty don't like it yes it can do voice chat but thats its only advantage over pidgin everything else it just seems to lack compared. and most linux user just use skype anyways. in fact 9.10 did not come with gimp it came with f-spot so this is old news. as for f-spot i agree it is good enough for most users. i dont do any major photo stuff on any pc and for those that do know of gimp aruldy. for you basic viewer and stuff f-spot does the job.
actually there is a handicap controller for someone with 1 hand available for the xbox 360. benhack builds them. just google his name it will be the first page. and he will build you a contoler just for your disability.

wine has been able to run a vires payload for a wile now. it doesent effect the system any. linux can spred a windows vires to a windows system but not get infected itsself. this is why linux antivires softwhere is out not to relly protect the linux system but to prevent accidentally sending a infected file to windows.
unless there counting stuff like mp3s movies etc theirs no way the number can be that high. apps wise everything has gone free in some form. if your willing to look i guess. i dont have pirate softwhere on my machine anymore i dont need to any app i need has a free version. in some cases the free ones work better and use less system power to work the the paid version nero burning rom vs imgburn for example. or avast antivires vs anything paid. they have to be looking at games etc and not apps.

wal-mart does not sell used games your thinking gamestop or other used retailers. i dont think the go will see any real sales. they have to taler to users that dont have credit and so on apple did this with there prepaid cards sony has not. then thers the very very large amount of people that want there media on disk being its always the most secure way to keep your media if lets say the console fail's. or the console reaches it end of life and the store closes how you gonna download you media then. and also if all data is lost download 32gb of media would just be a pain rather then putting in a disk.

sony will not change the control system of a psp no matter how many new models they make. its a simple matter of not braking compatibly with older models. you would be pissed if they just dropped a second anlong in and now no new psp games work on your old model. this isnt a console where you can just change external controllers. maybe when they make psp2 they could add a second joystick until then any rumors of a dule anlong psp are just fake.
