'Systems Analyst/Systems Administrator', ya know, you might have a piece of paper that proves you actually hold that title & i'm sure hr has your records but then again a lot of people have a drivers license & don't know how to drive...seriously.
that's like asking why do vehicles still break down? ahhh, the perfect world. we wouldn't know what to do. let's start out w/ the power going out & you are late for work.
we all know bill will make money with whatever he sell's. i do doubt that he will make it to the 13 figure mark but that's ok, he just want's to have a good time.
