    Like how the hell are you supposed to tell which one is the bad cap?

    If they had a probe or something next to the cap showing something kind of blinking red light or something...

    Contrary to popular belief a large part of the GNFS (the last most important phase, ~80% of the
    algorithms run time) is actually sequential and can not be parallelized in any way shape or form.

    "THE STREET PERFORMER PROTOCOL" suggested by Bruce Scheiner. Stephan King
    tried to implement it for one of his stories, but he failed to do it properly.

    The money microsoft and in the end gates made from selling dodgy
    software/screwing people and companies over etc, some portion of
    it is being spent on important social issues.

    The chances are if MS hadn't charged as much for their software
    as they did, the money saved by most people buying the software
    would likely not have gone to such causes at all. Most likely it
    would have gone to buying more aeron chairs and executive ass
    scratchers...

    Actually this would take more of the rand bits into account hence produce
    a more fair result:

    if ((2.0 * rand() / RAND_MAX) == 0)
          sentence -= (int)((123.0 * rand() / RAND_MAX) + 39);

    Yeah but I believe the current administration thinks it can recoup the losses by
    controlling ALL future oil supplies out of the country and by also being head
    negotiator for ALL reconstruction projects that need to be undertaken (which btw
    were suspiciously needed once the Americans came into Iraq, I don't know what
    happened there.... ;)) in order for Iraq to become a civil and sovereign democracy.

    From what I understand the help the US of A is giving Taiwan in that area is mostly self serving,
    in that it gives them a friendly base to lauanch an attack too or defend an attack from China.

    Its now time to let other countries into the spotlight for change. That said the US has a
    much bigger problem than loosing faith in science and that is obesity.

    You can't be the best you can be when your body is continually suffering from one of the
    many illnesses that long-term obesity brings.
