the difference between starfox64 and starfox2 (previously named star fox armada) is that in starfox2 you can run around on the ground and hop into a tank or arwing if you should feel so inclined. think more like battlefield1942 then starfox64. also, one can hop out of an arwing mid-flight, get on the wing, and fire off blaster shots. its also quite balanced, meaning even if you are on the ground you still have a very good chance fighting against someone in an arwing. each character also has different styles, some are more suited towards particular vehicles. anway, the game is fun except for a kind of wacky control scheme that takes some getting used to, as well as kind of crappy graphics (compared with other brand new gamecube games).
268,836 movies released theatrically, 35,200 made-for-TV movies, 23,625, TV series, 21,420 direct-to-video movies, and 3,081 mini series. How many of these are going to make the cut?
But what if there was no 'cut'?
Thats when i think things are going to start changing. When VOD can provide a massive amount of entertainment, enough to the point where people will not be able to understand owning a DVD because they have so much instant entertainment content that would fill countless numbers of DVDs. think floppies. But who knows how far off that is. a decade? No. give it 15 years. believe that.
Another example of this can be found with Konami's brilliant Winning Eleven soccer games. They have a FIFAPro licensce (as EA has exclusive full FIFA licensce) and as such change around the names of many players (Rodalno instead of Ronaldo, etc..). However, a certain dutch league has threatened to sue Konami even with the mixed up names, thus many dutch players have the name Oranges002, Oranges003, etc...
But its all good because Konami gives you the option of changing team names, player names, etc... Winning Eleven is far superior to EA's FIFA in everything but graphics.
Obviously, Kevin's skills lie in the security sector. Isn't it just being logical that he would seek a security related job? What else could he do, flip fries?
i'm all for robots and whatnot, but i think its too early for this use. most massage is more than just physical therapy, there is a sensuality involved that just can't be replicated by machine. its all about the actual touch of another person's hands on your body, not simply some machine (whether organic or artificial) kneading out the kinks.
but yeah, whatsup with Soviet Russia? do humans massage machines? perhaps if humans are the bolsheviks and the machines repres.. err, nevermind. dont do drugs, kids.
the shacknews article links to another shacknews page for the Press Release, as opposed to actually linking to bloomberg or the company's own hosted press release.
i actually considered adding fuel to the fire by saying, "well... you know, dark horse did publish comics based on rockstar's Oni".... but i decided not to. u lucky bastards.
and points along the long, bleak road between Reno and Salt Lake
You might wanna look into the Bonneville Salt Flats. I don't think theres any actual races 'til Aug, but you might be able to catch some speed trials or something. We're talkin highest-landspeed record-setting vehicles that propel across the salt flats at speeds that make Nascar drivers shit their pampers.
I completely agree, however I do truly believe this is Microsoft's attempt to get into Japanese arcades. The problem is that not many Japanese companies want to partner with them. Take a look at Nintendo. Despite what people say about them, Nintendo is #1 in PROFITS. Nintendo have also decided to recently re-target the arcades so perhaps M$ feels threatened. However, I believe Nintendo will trump M$, as Nintendo has enticed Namco and Sega (maker of 6 out of the top 10 arcade machines in Japan) to develop some internal Nintendo franchises for the arcade and gamecube (Star Fox and F-Zero, respectively).
Ummmm... your logic is faulty. Why would it be interesting to see if this 'attracts the bloodthirsty gamers'? Obviously it won't. That would be like asking whether it will be interesting to see if The Sims attracts bloodthirsty gamers. It doesnt, and it doesnt matter (as sales have thusly proven).

oddly enough, for more in depth information, check out the recorded answers they provide for integration into radio broadcasts.

I think i'll have to pass... or at least wait until its fully tested and complete. AIM betas are notorious for causing a tremendous amount of crashes.
