how do these votes even come up? what idiot senator or whoever sits around and says hey lets double charge the citizens thats a great idea! our goverment needs a watchdog group that makes sure idiots stop coming up with ideas like this.. to bad those people would proably be just as corrupt.

guess the sheriff forgets that small rule in our american society, alot of people goto jail for doing something then get it thrown out or dismissed in court, therfor making them not guilty, and not criminals. (though this is abused sometimes, there really are some innocent people that do goto jail for a night or so)
i thought i was getting back at my high school teacher for those years of 'back straight! home keys!' by using my trusty 2 finger peck method.. now this companies vision is to not only make me use all my fingers but both my hands!
I don't know about your state, but California's ongoing budget crisis doesn't exactly leave cash to burn for road repair. (California's Legislative Analyst's Office estimates the average L.A. driver pays $700 a year in vehicle repairs because of crummy roads.)
Okay, lets say, we have 100,000 people in the entire state of CA. now, lets just lie, and say they all have 10 gallon gas tanks on there autos. And lets lie and say the gas tax is only.10 cents. that leaves us with $100,000 a week. times 52 weeks per year, leaves us with a nice number of 5,200,000. which, we ALL know, the Gas tax money is only allowed to be spent on road work (feel free to look this up). so with just 100,000 people we have 5.2 million dollars a year to JUST FIX ROADS. come on now, i'm not the smartest person, but there is obviously a problem with your tax collectors office giving up the taxes. hmmmmm i think we all have this problem..someone with some power should look into this..
I hope it's faster on my 800mhz G4 mac than on my 2.4GHZ Intel, cuz it runs like crap on that!

why not build a station on top of one of those huge NASA shuttle movers, that way it can move to where ever it is safe. there damn near bigger than any building. hmmm.. gravy...
has anoyone ever looked to see if maybe, just maybe, IBM threw-some-other company has funded SCO, and dragged this out, just to make IBM look good? a few years back no one bought much IBM anything, OS/2 died, there stock died, and no one put "IBM compatible" on soft/hardward anymore. suddenly, with the SCO battle, and some great timing on linux (the new IT buzzword) 's part, IBM is now a 'good guy' in the IT world. your bosses suddenly see IBM commericals again, and hears people at work talking about IBM again.. odd indeed..
how much do you pay a lawyer to go and make a case like this? "Well judge, you see, my clients product didn't sell because they charge money to use the product design, so i want to sue every company that makes a product that does the same thing" GD. the US needs a "sanity judge" to stop BS like this from wasting tax dollars. there should be enorumous (talking 500 million+) dollars for tieing up the court system with shiz like this. they should make the CEO's and any top exec's envolved in such crazy lawsuits be thrown into jail.
now i can decide weither to give $150 to Microsoft and run games, tons of apps, etc, or buy turbolinux for the same amount, and run the same stuff that 6000 other linux distros give out for free.. (well except I can play my WMP files) every/. person will sware MS is pricegouging them to death but when a linux company or any os company (Zeta?) charges damn near the same amount no one says anything.
news for NERDS Stuff that matters, where does it say linux bs only? correct me if i'm wrong, but I dont think so.. heck, you should post this everytime they talk about a book, OSX, BSD. everything. please waste more bandwidth and braincells.. hopefully both of yours will runout before the rest of ours
