If you choose to "Use small Icons" the back-button becomes the mirror of the forward-button - why would you go so far as to change browsers when a simple tick would do the trick?
They might be broke, but it sure as hell aint the taxes that are to blame.
Taxes do indeed hold them back from attaining their full potential (all taxes do on an individual basis), but it's themselves that are to blame for being broke, no one or anything else.
If you think otherwise you should sign-up for the first Budgetting 1on1 class in your area, you're in dire need.
1. the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, esp. for political purposes.
2. the state of fear and submission produced by terrorism or terrorization.
3. a terroristic method of governing or of resisting a government.
Bush Co is, by definition, the worst terrorist group in existence today and have done far more to offset the world balance than ANY violent Muslim group on a "Jihadist" crusade. They have, by their actions, done more to promote violent terrorism than the groups could have ever hoped for - they even sponser any group, by proxy, where by supporting them, would strengthen US Foreign policies!
Seriously, I cant wait for the day when Bush & Cheney Co. gets sent to Guantanamo Bay or prosecuted for warcrimes or "Crimes Against Humanity" at the Hague. But, what are the odds of the US extraditing a US national? Not going to happen, ever - one can only hope... Or maybe the EU should start copying CIA methods as per kidnapping in Italy etc?
If your gonna take it to class, do go for the 15". If you need screen realestate on it, get a virtual desktop app installed...
With regards to the processor speed, its such a small bump that it doesnt really matter as the HDD would be the bigger bottleneck. Instead of the 17" I suggest you take the 15" and upgrade the HDD to a 5400rpm instead of the default 4200rpm, that would make somewhat of a bigger overall speed increase that going with the 17" and you save roughly $345. (HDD $125, VirtualDesktop $30)
Ohh, and get the Apple Student discount while your at it...
... if I could find an Intel laptop with the same design as a tiBook, I'd probably run Linux or FreeBSD on it...
try take a look at : THIS.
It's a beast, and its insanely expensive, but thats as close as you get;-)
If the paper feels / looks like "normal" print paper, this could very well be used for sending encrypted messages that looks like, say, a story about how many girls you got laid during the summer hols.
All you'ld need was a chip/key with the proper digi-signature, and the paper would turn into the real message, by rearranging the ink-dots.
Yea, seems like all their new apps gets a slap with the metalic paint brush. Are they trying to get their current desktop users to buy from PowerBook (with them brushed metal casins) line instead?
