The president sets "Policy" but Congress actually allows those policies.So if congress and the President differ the President almost always loses anyways.
To fix banks, is simple. All stocks, bonds, and futures must be held for 24 hours before selling. No more second trading because the price went up $0.03. That will stabilize the entire stock market. It is INVESTING not a CASINO. If you can't trust it for 24 hours why are you spending money on it anyways?

Also the F-117 was designed in 1970's. It's bulky shape was a direct result of the computers of that time being unable to deal with curves Which means it took 25 years from development to shoot one down. The u-2 lasted what 5 years?
I can sell you that bulb for $30 right now. It is still pricey but in 18months have been cut in half price wise. As production gears up expect them to fall until the 15-20 range. As it is they are awesome lamps. You can put them into existing fixtures and dimmers and not think twice

combine it with oil refineries either shutting down or exporting vast amounts of refined petroleum and you have an industry trying to keep prices high and Like they are supposed to make higher profits.
what about flash? in Flash settings you can have flash activate the camera.
First Google "Flash Manager" and find the master flash settings on Adobes website.(yes if you use flash it can be updated and modified by adobe online)Don't forget to also visit the control panel. to adjust those settings stored in different places.
What about your IM client, or game clients. you don't need malware to force the camera to activate, just normal software.
All camera;s should have an active light to show that they are in use.
while that is a useful feature, with smart phones it is a non issue, as your contacts and everything else is getting backed up to a computer you own.
What i am waiting for is not only a dual sim phone, but a dual OS phone. So that each sim is in it's own self contained area. That way I can carry just one cell phone, with a sim and OS for work and have a Sim and OS for home. Separating out apps, contacts, everything. Also if the phone is lost or you quit, etc work can wipe their phone OS and you still have the same hardware.

coal is very easy to move around, all you need is a bucket big enough.
Hydrogen is very hard to move around under pressure. as one of the other ./'ers aid like trying to hold water in a strainer.
Even Gasoline is relatively easy to transport.
