You haven't been paying attention then because it's very easy to define.

Isp's shall not impede or intercept network traffic in their network without a court order unless said traffic's destination is their own network or networked equipment.

This means they still control their own network within the bounds of existing privacy law, it means there's no loopholes for spammers or DoS attacks since their destination is the isp's network. it means comcast, at&t and buddies can't prevent me from reaching google etc at full speed since the destination is MY pc, not their network routers/servers etc

To be fair not all large company's have that kind of corperate culture. When they do though, that attitude always comes from the top.

Where i work now has a really laid back attitude even though our job is actually very dangerous at times (which i think helps since stressed panicy people back bad decisions). I've never known them to fire anyone without a good reason, the number one reason being a saftey violation resulting in a near miss or incident.

I have however worked in other places which prided themselfs on being assholes to customers and staff. I did not work there long, finding another job as quickly as possible.

When considering a career change i suggest googling the general manager and the CEO of the company. Since HR departments have starting doing this to us, i think we should use the same tactic to see if we really want to be associated with them.

read the FAQ, it's hilarious and disgusting at the same time, since it's full of stupid idea's but prey's on peoples fears at the same time.

some prize bits of the faq are " What motivated you to create this device?" (money) and "Won't the man initially feel this?" - yes he will feel the hooks digging into his cock, then he will bash the crap out of you, possibly turning a rape into a murder.

moronic devices like this aren't needed. there's things you can do to avoid rape that won't cost you a cent or involve shoving anything up your twat, such as don't put yourself in situations you KNOW are going to be risky eg. walking down a dark street at night dressed like a hooker
