    yes and lots of leading doctors thought enima's were great for the health in the 1900's inspite of any real proof. smart people are just as good at convincing themselfs that stupid things are true as anyone else, there is plenty of room left for debate on global warming, and the fact that lots of parties go on the attack at merely questioning it makes me suspicous that it's not as cut and dry as it's made out to be.

    let me get this straight - there is a hypothesis that man made CO2 is warming the earth, so instead of POSSIBLY messing with the earths temp by a few degree's they want to DEFINATELY fuck with it with huge expensive ships that cost billions and might end up with a result worse than doing nothing?

    this reminds me of a daily WTF called "The complicators gloves". utterly insane complication of a situation.

    i think MS entering the console market is the best thing that ever happened to it. look at the game selection and how the market has exploded since the xbox. so unless you own ms stock, why would you really give a crap if MS profits or not?

    i think that's the thing isn't it. these days in order to be heard people feel they need to sensationalize something using medical or legal terms.

    addiction is a chemical dependence defined in medical terms, obsession is a psychological condition that fits the profile of people who play games for a non typical amount of time.

    he would have been dragged through hell for that indiscretion which was entirely of that womans own making. in the context of this arguement though, CCTV doesn't have some kind of cop protection built in, the boys in blue simply don't lash out as much as people claim. CCTV doesn't stop crime i'm in agreement there, the money is better spent on cops walking the beat just like they used to.
