Apparently all the manufacturers of nuclear technologies and plans are non-thorium based - they have interest in their promoting their business. Thorium based reactors are definitely the future - India has been active in this area since a very very long time and has reportedly made quite a substantial inroads into its use and application. It is mainly motivated by the fact that it has to rely on the nuclear raw material from those few who would not sell it easily - a lot of diplomatic and political arm-twisting, conditions and business favors.
The real reason US and other western nuclear powers want India to sign NTPT and CTBT by offering it nuclear fuel (for non-thorium based reactors) is also to make it agree to sign for access to its nuclear facility for overseeing its usage and security by the "watchdog" agencies and also to roll back and terminate its research reactors (which are instrumental in thorium research), and thereby either kill its research and/or gain access to it.
If only the designers would have placed the lenses next to each other, horizontally (instead of on top of the other, vertically), it would have been possble to hack this camera to take stereoscopic pictures.
No, not really. But it appears that he is in good business relations with George Bush, as some section of the press has reported that Bush exported quite a lot of hot air from Whitehouse, and Iraq which was produced by heated discussions and war, respectively. But then I guess he should have landed on the moon - judging by Bush's skill in generating quality hot air.
"After a couple year of silence, AnandTech has confirmed that NVIDIA will be bringing back Integrated Graphics Processors this year. NVIDIA's last IGP chipset was...
I guess nVidia was silent, not the AnandTech, right?
I have a modified login procedure which allows non-printable ASCII characters, including backspace, delete, cursor keys, etc. It also has provision for receiving inputs from mouse - such as button clicks and presses, movement in specific direction. Besides, it also checks for joystick inputs - such as button presses, movement, flicks, etc.
I am in process of incorporating biometric inputs - sensing and checking finger prints, and sensing body weight from a sensor attached to the chair I am sitting on.
Also, before I forget, the printer and scanner should be attached, and turned on - and also printer should be out of paper.:)
Isn't whole of Mars interesting enough that we have to call small rocks interesting!? Reminds me of my days when I laboured over interesting math problems, when whole of my life was lying ahead of me, completely ignored.
Yeah, most of the deaths in 9/11 accident happened in some two tall buildings, which were built many many years after the city of New York was founded.
Also, if I remember correctly, the "accident" of 9/11 had its roots in US policy towards middle-east and Isalmic nations, its selfish treatmant of favoring certain countries (read Saudi, Pakistan, etc.) and opposing others, and certain administration's approach towards these countries, wich range from amateurish (read Jimmy Carter) and extremist (Bush's).
I agree, and I'm also very impressed with that. But the fact that they are working hard to get close to where we are now means they also identify their current situation as backwards in many ways.
So, what are you doing today? Working hard or taking it easy? If you really believe what you have said, your country should take wholesome retirement from the world, and disengage from all the worldy interactions. In its centuries long existance, it must have reached its final goal (whatever it was) by now. Why, whatever made us evolve into humans? "We" should have been quite happy as apes!
The fact is, such self glorifying view on how the world operates, specially when viewed through and magnified by the small spherical beads of perspration caused by the hard work involved in that process, doesn't validate your point of view. The situation is still better than what was prevaliling in US after 50 years of independence - fighting for slaves. India is doing much better - after being ruled and looted by Brits for centuries.

In this country it's almost a fashion to brand socially inepts as having Asperger's. With whatever limited resources public schools are lrft with, they send their special resource teachers and psychologists for a course somewhere, and they come back and start labelling everyone having slight solical ineptness as having Asperger's.
After changing 4 schools in first three school years, in three different countris, my son ended up being labelled as Asperger beause the teacher's Hawaiian accents were kind of out-of-the-world for him. Anyway, what I am saying is that everyone have traits, and one desn't need to be labelled as having something or suffering from something in order to be qualified for assistance. And definitely not to be labelled by those half-baked pseudo psychologists from the school district, who will not get federal funding unless they had classfull of Asperger's.
The best thing is to completely ignore the social ineptness of these kids and just throw them into the crowd where they will be exposed to "normals and regulars" and realize the importance of having good social skills. They might suffer a bit in the beginning, but will learn to adjust. Just make sure the "regaulrs" are not "hostiles" (oh, I just love the labels!)
By the same token should I call a machine that is driven by an internal combustion engine, an internal combustion engine?
Put this Raspebrry Pi in my hands.
Not withstanding anything else - I like and appreciate your use of the word "Boson", as opposed to "boson".

I am a foreigner in this country. Why exactly is there such an hype about Obama's swearing in?
It is easy to explain why they chose Kenya - they will have a lot of code-monkeys available for hire there.
I am really truly shocked to hear this! Can you believe this ?!
It all makes perfect sense

Here, literally, Phatak means "Gate", typically attached to fence. Deepak means "Lamp". Given these, it could be your gateway to illumination.
She was a kind of inspiration and role model for other women CEO of tech companies, such as one Ms.Bartz of Autodesk. Now, what about them..?

..George Bush communicates better in writing than in speech...?
Or in the style of "Whose line is it anyway?!" -
"It is certain that this is man is good at pushing his pen more than wagging his tongue, if you know what I mean!"

Should'nt they be fighting over slaves, and rushing to dig gold, and claim land, like US did, 50 years after the independnce?

One made its way into Whitehouse nearly four years ago.
