The problem with what you suggesting. which is a strange problem to have.
Is that your not spending any money on the PSP.
To continue your home-brew on your PSP, you cannot buy anything for the PSP anymore, as it will upgrade your firmware, and break your PSP applications.
The only other way around this is to buy another psp, and use that solely for bought items. Also noting that the new PSP have the latest firmware(hopefully).
The main problem with your frivolous activities on the PSP, is that your making the number of units sold for the psp almost invalid. As you do not belong in the PSP's market of viable consumers.
On the other hand with the DS, and as you put it. "Homebrew is possible on the DS, just not feasible.", meaning that a much higher percentage of the DS consumer base, is in fact buying and spending money on the DS.
What I'm also getting at is that, even if the DS vs PSP in America is suppose-ably even. The DS should be a much more lucrative venture for a lot of game developers.
just wondering did it affect your business at all?
a lot of customers are pretty conservative and that sort of scene could have scared them away.
I'm not just talking about your situation but others.
if the graffiti or "ugly" hurts your business/community value, cant you do something about it?

If nintendo is running the servers, hopefully they dont forget about australia.
If our servers are located in europe or japan, im going to be kinda annoyed, as it will be almost unplayable with the lag.
im mostly worried because nintendo doesnt have a force in australia. some game stores rarely stock (if at all) nintendo products. and the DS campaign was barely present. while the PSP as tv ads, bus ads, and eb windows are full of psp posters.
im sure telstra is probably willing to host down here, but im not even hopeful that we will even get a wifi service.
It may be nice that the industry seems to be responding highly of the new controller.
But its a long way off from putting money on the table and seeing what comes out.
It is probably also one of the many reasons why Nintendo kept the consoles graphical power down so that it would be (possibly far) less expensive to create a game for the Revolution then for the PS3 or the Xbox 360.
Hopefully developers are willing (or atleast a chance) to have ago.
MS still needs to make good games for the DS, or if what you are saying is true then it will be a wasted effort.
MS is probably supporting the DS or infact getting into the handheld market as they probably see them selves with their own handheld in about 3-6 years.
Since it is sending single file photons it can for the time being be unhackable as it can not be intercepted without breaking the connection, as from the description it is described as being directing and does not have a field of view like most communication systems of today.
meaning that the only way to intercept the message let alone hacking, will be to receive teh message and be able to repeatt he message in real time with out breaking step.
I think that that if this was implemented for a while it will be unhackable but human ingenuity is a scary thing.
You should not be aiming this article at the parents. For one, most parents have got no idea about compters or computer games. It should be aimed at gamers. I do agree at 'griefers' are an annoyance for all gamers, so what you should be trying to do is teach gamers how to deal with them, or they will most probably want to start griefing themselves as a revenge tactic.
By all means inform the parents, but aim the extent of the article to gamers.
Could all this be just one big publicity stunt on behalf of AG?
Already, by just sending one complaint email to PA, 10's of thousands of people have read and replied. The petition that PA started has already reached 10000 signitures last time i checked. Also this issue "PA vs AG" has gone over dozens of sites, bringing in hundreds of forums threads a replies.
For one, I have never even heard of AG, before a couple of days ago, mainly due to the fact that i dont live in america, and just browsing through their site for a couple of minutes i can see its worth.
And we should all remember, any publicity is good publicity.
Actually this is the reason why I use a MAC Filter instead of WEP encryption
