its easy.. just requires basic soldering.. i can do one from scratch and have it up and running in 40mins. Or you can use the boards to rebuild the LPC. (25 mins)
I just have to say having played thousands of games in the last 23 years, this is most definatly in the top 3.. it really is worth buying a cube for, what do they go for now £50? + the game may be around £80, but you will get your moneys worth, and more.
don't miss the chance or wait for the the ps2 version, those extra polys count, you just notice so so much attention to detail that will be missing from the ps2 version.
well i say fairplay.. we could have all come up with the simple idea and made shed loads of cash.. but did we.. no.. I would say 90% here had the ability to do what they did. They just did it first.

I agree.. out of all my consoles (well, the new three) the GC has the best feel when i turn it on and the start music/noise and the GC being written.
The sony is just odd, blurry cubes with huge jaggies doing nothing but floating around.
The xbox start is a bit 'here i am' + silly noise.
The GC just feels and sounds like (lots of echo i noticed) like you are going to have a fun time on it.
get an s2000 instead :)
Is it me or does the overlay seem quite intrusive on the screen this time around.
When I played the prologue the text boxes + command box + map etc seems to take up 40% of the screen at some points?
