That's why the grandparent post should have been modded funny not flamebait. It's called sarcasm, and I don't know why it's so hard for moderators to understand.
Headaches and irratability are pretty tollerable considering the withdrawls from other substances (opiates, for example: muscle spasms, [...] vomiting[...])
Funny you mention this, I actually do vomit if I go without caffeine. Granted this is not the norm, it only happens to a handful of people. I just happen to be that unlucky.
I'm leaning toward "enemy combatant" status, and of course death but only after 20 years in Guantanamo Bay. Thats right let the terrorist go, I don't consider them a threat. On the other hand, spammers have attempted to kill me on at least two occasions. Once with the subject "loose 100 lbs" I only way 135 lbs (idiot spammers) that would kill me. Another time with the subject "become 20 years younger" I'm only 20 years old, WTF, that would kill me too.
I once linked to a comic strip as a joke and got modded informative, WTF.
Anyway, I can't afford a Mac, so I'm in debt about $2000. Making payments is kind of the reverse of saving up. So you're right, but the grandparent was more funny than anything.
This is true, but then again depending on a persons love for their job and their pride in their work any job can become art. If your in it just for the money, that is to say if you became a programmer because you heard you can make a lot of money, you're defiantly not an artist. But if you love your work and would be proud to show others your code, and if don't count the hours until you can go home, but instead when you program you loose track of time then you may be an artist. If a plumber or a carpenter has these qualities then they may very well be artist too. Though, generally I agree with you. There are, however, exceptions as I have shown.
No shit it is a regional map! You can tell I know this by my first post "True, Iraq is in the map, but most of the map is Saudi Arabia."
If you spent 1 second learning to read you would see the text "Your tools? a CD, a booklet of 10 clues, a matrix, and a map of Iraq" just below the picture.
The provided map is a map of Saudi Arabia not Iraq. True, Iraq is in the map, but most of the map is Saudi Arabia. How do they expect the WMD to be found w/o a detailed map of Iraq?
And then, perhaps, release their changed code to the public, not necessarily identifying the SCO code but just showing possible replacements inside Linux that people could place?
This is why it is stupid/pointless for SCO to not show the code publicly. As I'm sure every one here knows once the changes are made it would be trivial to use a code comparison tool to discover the SCO code in the unmodified linux kernel.
Maybe it's time to start looking elsewhere. I like the idea of Nutch the effort to implement an open-source web search engine.
I know you work in the back, but you must have some friend who work on the floor. Do they get paid by how many customer they avoid? Seriously though.
Sounded like a advertisement to me. I wonder if he gets paid or not.
Looks like nothing more than an iPod wanna be.

What happens when I have to borrow the buffoon's car?

Ok, it's your line, don't get your schwartz in a knot.

I got this error on a Mac. Just sad I can't help out with the /. effect.

I don't get it, why is this funny?
Did your sense of humor get outsourced?

Also:
Um, it's no secret that Saudi Arabia is trying to acquire a nuclear capabilities.Next!
Except in the interest of realism the game can't be finished.

No, their using drag n' drop for developing Windows on OS X while ripping of Linux.
