    Replace "asset" with "service".

In the future, I see Autodesk selling software as a service and not a product. The media is free or even so free to download ISO's from their website. However, you must have a purchased serial or encrypted file which limits how long you can use the program for. Kinda like Anti-Virus programs.

Which is hard to do with solid state electronics (over clocking thermal/voltage damage for example). But not so in the auto industry. When someone hooks up a NOS kit to their Honda and burns a hole in a piston, it's not that hard to figure out the cause ;) Yup! somebody got greedy with the "juice".

Being that the activity between Bill and Monica was consensual, it was still a sexual relationship. Unless of course, you think (and the judge) that jerking off all over someones dress equates to shaking someones hand.

Face it, your wrong and so is the judge. Not legally, but per the majority viewpoint held by most Americans. Both then, and now.

In any case, on the moral front, when someone asks you a question that is noneoftheirfuckingbusiness, they have no right to an honest answer.

Were not talking about the neighbor across the street. Were talking about a man whome was elected to the highest politcal office in this country.
