Actually i would be happier if I could lie down the whole flight. Just give me a bunk with some cargo straps to hold me down in case of a crash. That way they could stack us and i can sleep comfortably.
So who is going to direct this fake moon landing? It's a proven factoid that Kubrick directed the first (which is how he got access to those Carl Zeiss Planar f/0.7 lenses he used in Barry Lyndon). I think Ridley Scott will direct, though if lens flares are needed...
Pun intended and prefered. If I had the money, this would be my interment option. All the techno mumble jumble is too good to pass up. Plus liquid nitrogen is awesome!
Even as recent as the gulf war (yes I'm old enough to consider 1991 as recent) these aging spy planes were pressed into action because they were all we had, and they performed their task very well. Have to admire how well the military does being yanked around so much by politics (and of course they dish the politics right back... sequester and all that). But with all the abuses revealed of late by Private Manning, perhaps it's only fitting that the military is in decline, along with the nation, and has had its toys taken away.
How about as recent as this year. The U2s are still flying.
I took one look at it and thought "that would be a good build for 24 hours of lemons". Then i noticed thats exactly what it is for. I love that race series.
I remember writing a high school english paper on this idea back in 1998. I included VR technologies that didn't use headsets (some kind of VR dome that allowed for real time interaction). I assume they have built a holodeck now?
Actually you CAN own a.22 in mexico. It's just that it's heavily regulated. Obligitory wikipedia link and quote. " Weapons may be kept in the home for security and legitimate defense of its dwellers. Their possession imposes the duty to manifest them to the Secretariat of National Defense for their registration. For every weapon, record of its registration will be issued."
And a secondary quote from wikipedia
"Under these two articles, private citizens are generally restricted to semi-automatic handguns or revolvers of a caliber no greater than.380 (for home defense),[28] rifles no greater than.22, and shotguns no greater than a 12-gauge (hunting and shooting when a member of a club). Anything bigger than those calibers is considered for exclusive use of the military and strictly forbidden for civilian possession, as defined by Article 11 of the Federal Law of Firearms and Explosives.[29] "
As far as I know, Aguila Ammunition is still manufactured in mexico, including.22 LR.
So the 100% Mexico ban you stated is little less than 100% imho.
Coal is about $80/ton. Take about 1lb of that, light it, set a bunch of hard drives in the middle of it, put a house fan next to it... hard drives are a puddle of molten steel/plastic in about 10min and it cost you pennies. You can do the same with propane, but you'll need to build a burner and such.
$80 a ton? Where and what kind? Anthracite is around $200 a ton in the PA region. Where I am, in the South West, I was paying around $300 a ton for bituminous coal this past winter.
Also, coal burns a little diffrently than wood. Make sure the air is coming from under the bed of coals.
So, let me get this straight... Instead of running an NES emulator directly on your Android tablet (and there are plenty such emulators available), you're going to run an NES emulator on top of Windows 3.1 on top of DOS inside of an x86 emulator on top of Android?
Actually the better option would be to run a NES emulator on top of Windows 3.1 on top of DOS inside of an x86 emulator inside a native Android application running in Windows 8.
They do a much nicer job on color than laser printers do.
You should say "than most laser printers do". Many minilabs (photo) use lasers to print on photo paper. The Fuji Frontier minilab being a good example.
Let the giclee (inkjet ) vs laser religious war begin.
nt ;)
Isn't corn a type of grass? So they'll say we survived on grass.

It's "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law." Note the capitalization, the shall and the what.
mmmmm popcorn

I read this out loud which resulted in me invoking Satan. She's forcing me to use Windows ME now. You freaking inconsiderate clod!!!!
Yeah but ten years in prison is pushing it. Is cracking a computer system really more serious than manslaughter?
The Phrase "shut up and take my money" was made for this technology.
How many amps are we talking about?
So do you want to have just one contention, or were you thinking of taking a course?
Soooo reading slashdot is just like flying 1000 mph?

Make sure you don't take a train or drive a car either. Of course the TSA says this is all a myth.

I do the same, except I use the book to heat my house after i'm done reading it.
I think i know an area in New Mexico where they can bury them. With good electronic company.

Here is another great build: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSC9MpCNSAE&feature=youtu.be
Only read the summary, but couldn't we just send a dense object to hit it first, causing the "avalanche" then safely land?

Also, these areas probably have secret US bases and research facilities that are targeted by Russian nukes.
I thought that Hot Pockets were classed as microwave WMDs.
