I am lazy(don't want to google), but I also thought it would be interesting for other people to know.
But what is the envirnoment like on Mars?
Oxygen? Gravity? High/Low temps? etc..
Here is the last two lines of your post entered in google, except with `environment' spelled right, you lazy bastard.
I know that my father for one prefers yahoo!. When I try and make him use google by setting it as the homepage, he complains that it takes forever to load.
As for Elliptic Curve Cryptography as mentioned in this article - it's still in its infancy - at least compared to other ciphers. This is just a stupid publicity show. But I bet I can win that $1M with an investment of under $20.
How about I provide the financial backing for your plan and we split the profit.
I could have used that on my driver's test. I was doing great on my driving test until I got to the parallel parking bit.
Picture this, an empty suburban street. Just one car parked on the road. All I have to do is park behind it. 10 min later, my car is about 6 feet away from the curb, at a 30 degree angle.
The woman giving me the test looked over the brim of her glasses and said, ``You want to try that again honey?''
I wanted to say no, because I was actually rather proud of how close I had gotten that time.
But, I tried again, with the same result.
``Why don't we move on.'' She said.
In the end, she passed me, but with the words, ``You're a very cautious driver, but the worst parallel parker I've seen in my entire career.''
Mr. Nail predicts that Internet users will react well to the ads, both because they can click away if they choose and because the advertisers involved have brands that "people have positive reactions to
They won't have positive associations with those brands for long. People don't like spending 1,500 on a computer and 20/month for the net only to have adds forced on them when they are trying to do something else.
Beginning tomorrow, more than a dozen Web sites, including MSN, ESPN, Lycos and iVillage, will run full-motion video commercials from Pepsi, AT&T, Honda, Vonage and Warner Brothers, in a six-week test that some analysts and online executives say could herald the start of a new era of Internet advertising.
There is a revolt over popups. Who thinks this is a good time for full-motion commercials? What kind of reaction are they expecting from the public on this one?
What if I as the parent of a 17 year old, give them permission to look at porn? Can I have that block removed from their phone... a phone I most likely bought and paid for in the first place?
prediction: there will be email portability (similar to cell phone number portability) legislation proposed soon.
Not feasable with the current system. With phones, everyone has a unique number. When one guy has gandalf@hotmail.com and another gandalf@yahoo.com, how do you decide who is the `real' gandalf?
I'm sure Google is getting more and more concerned about locking in users
It's only a lockin if the users want to leave but can't. Google has a good history with users, I wouldn't expect them to do any less with a mail client.
sprinkled throughout are dozens of little productivity notes -- a keystroke here, a shortcut tip there -- and this is the stuff that I, at least, really get off on
Ewww. So what do you scream in a moment of passion? Apple, Option +?
Does anyone here know the story of why Duke Nukem Forever has become vaporware? I'm interested in the seedy underbelly of the gaming industry.
Well, after Duke 3D, Duke made the time to play with himself... too much time.

::sigh::
``Dad, it's done loading.''
``Well, where is everything.''
``That is everything.''
``Change it back''

Invention, disruption, innovation, improvement
Anyone else think the disruption is a bit out of place in their motto? I know it caused me to read it twice, which is perhaps what they want.

How dare you! Men have just as much right as women to chat on cell phones, swat at their children, and apply make up!
No kidding.

Talk about the good things first, then air your complaints as suggestions.

Wow , a 23 year old who thinks he knows how to be a great parent.
You may notice, that I just asked a question, I didn't tell anyone how to be a parent.

In the other, "Vacuum," a vacuum cleaner hunts a Pepsi drinker and eats his pants.
Mmmmmm, nothing makes me want to drink Pepsi like a malfunctioning vacuum.

"It's TV, without the television," said John Vail, director for digital media and marketing for Pepsi-Cola North America, a unit of PepsiCo.
What the hell does Mr. Vail think TV is short for?"

Fuck. You.
I have only 1 suggestiong for Google, and that is to let me up the number results returned to 250 or 500. Other than that, I'm on the bandwagon!
If you need to go to the 500th result, I don't think you are using the tool the right way.

Sure, what the fuck ever. This is trivially defensible in court.
I wouldn't be so sure. Juries of average people I don't imagine have the patience to listen to lots of tech talk.
