I honestly am opposed to the SBVT adds and there actions. But on the other hand I find very little value in the majority of medals that are awarded in the military and the paper work that is made to support the award. I can't speak for the process that existed then but I know that a great deal of it is utter BS today. A man I worked with earned an award for fixing a massive database problem. What wasn't mentioned at all was that he made a truelly idiotic mistake to that created the problem in the first place. In a similiar vain my father earned a medal, I think a bronze star, in Vietnam when all he had done was fixed the AC for a commanding officers tent. He tries to through it out every couple of years and my mother digs it outa the trash and hides it again.
Don't have anything to do with video cards but... Star Wars Galaxies has a way to increase your field of vision. You can also change the size of the game window I believe. It requires some messing around with config type files I think but I know I saw someone say that it was possible to get a full 360 degree view. But it would either be really really quished or you would need multiple monitors to span it across.
LOL it's a good thing you didn't start playing until recently.
Pets, droids and vehicles used to be only callable from a camp, house or when in a city area. You can still call all of these things from a camp if you want them all out nearly instantly.
As for roads. Why would you need them? it's Starwars where everyone uses speeders and land cruisers. No contact with the ground is required so why would you bother making a surface conducive to such?
I do agree that the changes in terrain elevation on Dath are a bit extreme but aren't all that bothersome realy. And unless you have lived in a city all your life I can't see how you think the terrain on the other planets is unrealistically bumpy.
The graphics engine isn't all that bad. I get the max of about 29fps most places I go unless there is an absolute shit ton of people present. The system requirements are pretty hefty and you might need to tweak your computer to handle it properly.
Yeah the game has some pretty major things wrong with it but everyone seems to think those things are different I guess.
Trust me being skinny is incredibly over rated. Where I work I am required to maintain a certain level of physical fitness and it isn't even all that high of a standard. Nonetheless I was a much happier individual when I was 40 to 60 pounds over weight according to the doctors. I do not see the theoretical extra years I may live, as a result of being uncomfortable for extended periods every week, as worth it. I would much rather live a happy and comfortable 40 to 60 years as a fatass than 100 years while regularly subjecting myself to exercising for nothing but the purpose of extending an uncomfortable lifestyle. That being said I used to ride mountain bikes a lot and am getting back to that as a hobby and I might get skinnier as a side affect. But I can not fully express my low opinion of exercising for the sake of being in shape.
I would actually guess that covering a chunk of the oceans the size of Alaska, even if it were lots of smaller platforms and not one big one, could cause some enviromental problems. Due to sunlight not reaching the oceans surface to heat it you could end up with a lot of cold spots. What I have also pondered is that if we did put solar farm in orbit and then sent the energy back to earth we could possibly speed up global warming in a way. Because we would be taking energy that would not have reached our planet and diverting it into our ecosystem.
One of my favorite things I ever heard on this topic was from Red on the "Red Green Show". He was doing one of his asides counseling the viewing audience at large about why everyone wants to rush through life. His punchline was that the older people like himself knew that there was a brickwall we would all run into at some point and it's just a matter of how fast you want to be going when you hit it.
Boromir wasn't the king of anything, much less Gondor or Minas'Tirath. He was the son of the Steward of Gondor. The Stewards were there to maintain the kingdom and keep it ready for the return of their King.
I hardly think that being forced to buy a keyboard when purchasing a computer is a bad thing. I still use a $4 keyboard I bought when I put my computer together about a year ago. Yes, that's right, four dollars. And I have used it almost every day from 4 to 16 hours each day. It works great and has the best feel I have ever experienced in a keyboard. I have even thought of tracking down a crate more of them for use when this one finally does wear out. I would love to see a study where the use of a keyboard was shown to increase productivity or ease of use in a game. And all those really hard keyboard combinations are what, the number keys?
I don't know how some of those people could play without a keyboard in that game. A friend and I would take turns playing our characters with one typing while the other drove. We were actually able to convince some people that there was only one person doing it all.
The last time I talked to someone, a woman at that, who regularly attened IT conventions for Palm in places like Las Vegas they were called Both Bunnies.
If what you meant was two hydrogen and three oxygen then no that would not be correct since that would be a single molecule with the components of two water molecules. But if you said 2H3O2 then my offices consensus(sp) is that that'd be two molecules with a total of three hydrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms between em.
I honestly can't remember the last time I was actually impressed with the acting in a movie. Which is probably because as long as the acting isn't horrible, distracts from the plot, I never pay much critical attention to it. Besides I'm watching it to be entertained not to be convinced that it's reality or necessarily even close.
Yeah but you would have to be a friggin idiot to not eliminate that evidence as soon as you got a subpeona. Personally id'd do a fresh install after reformatting or maybe even destroy the old drive and put in a different one.
I don't know that Mozilla was key to my succes but I did start it up, as it is my default browser, and went that way to register a station name and subscribe. Worked much better than the system they had going for registering through the patcher.
it's their perogative to charge what they want for information. Supply and Demand may change it eventually but they can start the prices where ever they want.

In EQ you don't "need" to group to advance. It will take you far far longer with most classes, but even a Warrior can solo an exp giving mob.

Hmmm that is "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", right?

There is nothing that you cannot sell better using sex than you can without. And that is something I thought everyone knew.
yeah that pretty much says it all
If this isn't right I'd love to see how. As it demonstrates what I have always thought.
The words you are looking for are:
Hungry
Angry
Gry

I prefer
"F$#% you, I won't do what you tell me! F$#% you, I won't do what you tell me! F$#% you, I won't do what you tell me!"
Sadly no booty or booby > but you did get to see a little in "The Hole", not a porno but a British horror I believe.
hmmmmm double double. It must be two years or more since I had a burger from in-n-out.

...rampant with Rob Malda's homosexuality... Uhhh.... isn't that why people buy Mac's in the first place?
