You're just defending yourself instead of proving something.
Project much? I didn't exactly see you prove much of anything in your first post, and you haven't rebutted a thing I said, so nice try, troll.
You don't feel guilty when you buy drugs? Not a little bit?
Guilty about what? MY decision to put what I want in MY body? You nanny-stating little prick.
The whole chain of drug production and distribution has blood stains all over it.
So do lots of things necessary of beneficial to my way of life (and, psst, to yours as well. You don't have anywhere near the moral high ground you think you have.)
as every single study concerning the psychological effects of drugs would tell you to simply stop it.
Your concern is as touching as it is sincere. You mind your own goddamn business and I'll mind mine. After all, I've been doing this a lot longer than you.
You're just a "trendy" person trying to escape life.
HAHAHAHA! Epic fail on both counts. Thanks for playing!
Who cares about you? I don't.
Tut tut. You care enough to pen that original screed about thousands of people like me, who hold down jobs, start businesses, and improve our communities, and do it while regularly taking drugs. And you cared enough to reply to me. Don't get coy on me, you little pricktease.
There is no such thing as a "recreational drug-user"
Just because you don't know any doesn't mean they exist, straight edge.
as that implies that somehow there is a group of people with the extreme ability of withstanding the powerful (and hidden) addictive aspects of drugs. This term makes it sound like those people are just nice folks using drugs and having a happy and productive life, without allowing their drug use to cause interference in their own life or in the life of others.
Completely and totally wrong. Proof? I'm one of those you claim don't exist. And I know plenty more.
It's even worse: everytime someone buys drugs, they're directly financing other kinds of criminal activities.
Oh noes! Commerce is pervasive! Besides, I balance it out by funding terrorists and repressive regimes every time I fill up my car or buy some propane for the BBQ.
as sometimes these people are not respectful towards their neighbours and act like obnoxious little pricks.
Correlation does not equate causation. What is this, kindergarten day on Slashdot?
Well, I enjoyed your highly scientific analysis. Let's have a beer sometimes. Oops, maybe not, we might get addicted!
what on earth makes you think that censorship is not promoted by some "progressives"?
None whatsoever, but a "porgressive" who advocates censorship isn't much of a progressive. I offer the Democratic party of the US as a sterling example of such.
I'm pretty sure they've figured out the airflow thing. With that big a fan, and the way it's designed, it looks like it moves quite a bit of air over all the components.
As for exposed, again, with the way they've got it designed, it looks like there's plenty of room around all the components to spray it out with compressed air and keep it clean on a regular basis. Which is what you do with a regular case anyway.
the single transferable vote system is much better
Mod AC up. My politics teacher was heavily invested in proportional representation efforts and made us do a lot of work in that area. Single transferable votes combines the best of OMOV and proportional representation. You end up with much fairer seat distribution while still keeping the voter invested in the result.
Fuck me, if your criteria is 0<death threats, then Christianity and Muslims are pretty much neck and neck. Get your head out of the sand and find me something better, jackass.
Ahhh, equivalence. So, pray tell, where's the cutoff point? How many more abortion clinics do I need to bomb in order to qualify Christianity for "Religion of Peace" snide remarks?
Seriously. Blow up a building, you're a fucking 'tard. Protest ignorantly in the street, you could anyone from a bloodthirsty Saudi to a Phelps clan member, and quite frankly, neither of us should really give a shit until they've broken the law.
I imagine in most cases it's the login rather than the boot itself that takes the time....
Mod parent up. Booting up an XP machine is often a lot faster than the time it takes to login, and wait for the OS to become responsive as it loads all the startup crap.
The most important feature is the JavaScript scripting environment built into Photoshop, which is far more powerful than the AppleScript environment (and a much nicer language, in my opinion).
Hey Timothy, are you trying to get the mac fans riled up?
I'd try this myself, but I stopped pirating PS at version 6. Be interesting to see what other Slashdotters make of this.
Cute, remember that next time you slightly tap someone with your bumper and they show up to court in a neckbrace and on crutches because the lawyer sees an opportunity to milk you.
Funneee. See, that's not going to happen, because I have...drum roll....a good lawyer! Which is kind of the freaking point. You don't go into a gunfight with a knife.
It's nice to see all you cowards, though. Brings warmth to the cockles of my heart you haven't the energy or the gumption to log in.
Wow, I'm not sure what else to say here other than thanks for validating my long held beliefs on jerks and internet message boards.
Stop it, you're turning me on.
The GP's point has nothing to do with who handles the situation better or whether one should hire a lawyer or not, instead the GP just gave anecdotal examples of how the legal system is a little messed up...
Way to fail reading comprehension.
Way to obfuscate the issue so you can attempt to raise your self-esteem by putting others down. How's that working out for you?
What is this fear some of you right wing Americans have of communists.
2 things:
-A complete lack of understanding of the term
-Decades of brainwashing on the topic.
Which is why they call dictatorships like the USSR and China Comunist, when the term is meaningless as applied to those countries.
Dude, now I know you're a troll, because you've got to be high to write shit like that!
Shame you're no good at it.
Bye bye, troll.
Love your sig. Been telling the Twitter-hunters for a while now they're wasting their time.
You're just defending yourself instead of proving something.

Wow. Where to begin?

Or just be a frickin file nazi. A couple hours planning and organization, and you'll never hunt for a file again.
what on earth makes you think that censorship is not promoted by some "progressives"?
None whatsoever, but a "porgressive" who advocates censorship isn't much of a progressive. I offer the Democratic party of the US as a sterling example of such.
Also meant to add, I don't see why you couldn't 'skin' this yourself. Kinda seems like half the point.
I'm pretty sure they've figured out the airflow thing. With that big a fan, and the way it's designed, it looks like it moves quite a bit of air over all the components.

Nice case, interesting idea, love Antec and use their products, but at $180, no way. I can almost build an entire PC for that.
Are you kidding me? I'll take a conf file over regedit any day of the week and twice on Sundays!
since playing well with other operating systems must always be an advantage.
Heh, I don't know about always. I don't recall having many advantages when networking win2k and win98 machines back in the day.
Am I the only one that wants to see a Batman / Austin Powers crossover?
Hell yes. Even furries think that's weird.
DO NOT WANT!
I'll see myself out...

Now: how many death threats do you receive?
Fuck me, if your criteria is 0<death threats, then Christianity and Muslims are pretty much neck and neck. Get your head out of the sand and find me something better, jackass.
The scale is nowhere near the same
Ahhh, equivalence. So, pray tell, where's the cutoff point? How many more abortion clinics do I need to bomb in order to qualify Christianity for "Religion of Peace" snide remarks?

Move along, nothing to see here.
You've been awful quiet, I must say.
So, when does the purge of the fundies start? Or are we just going to split the party up?
but there's also a brand which just wants to government to sod off, thank you.
If you see any, please let me know, haven't caught sight of one in about 20 years myself.
I imagine in most cases it's the login rather than the boot itself that takes the time....

It seems that the one group it's OK to be prejudiced against is the Republicans, and I'm sick of it too
Ah yes, because it's Republicans who get called traitors and asked questions like why you hate America. *rolls eyes*
This conservative persecution complex is really laughable.

Pretty good. After all, I'm not the coward.
The point is that it hurts you more if you admit your mistake off the bat as opposed to saying nothing and letting a lawyer speak for you.
What? You mean hiring a professional to deal with a complex situation is better than you, an amateur, hacking it out yourself? Unpossible!
Jesus, but you retards are out in force today.
