It has to do with emotional reaction and the control of that emotional reaction, both of which are lacking in psychopaths. So all locked up in the brain, smiles and charm or falsely expressed emotions have nothing to do with it, straight up medical science and yes psychopaths do fear it.
I think is has more to do with SEO's search engine optimisation arse holes making searching much harder for the general public. Thanks to SEO's degradation of the quality (no you shit heads it is pointless spewing up results people are not interested in, just to run up hit's). They are giving up and going to people who can effectively dodge the SEO wankers to get real results.
Who is a fault, reality it is the search engines themselves in not making filtering results much more readily available. Basically allowing the end user to filter out web sites they have absolutely no interest in. Crappy search sites, crappy shopping sites that sell nothing and, pathetic scrapper sites. Want better search, then let people filter out bad web sites and let that ranking push those same sites back off the first ten pages of results.
Now consider that from a mobile telecoms perspective. How about if I buy the phones direct from say 'Foxconn' install Android, brand them as my phones and pocket the profit margin, hmm, screw bloody apple.
Now that's what I think is really going on. The telecoms are taking at long hard look at how the mobile phones that are connected to their network are sourced. By far the most profitable solution for them, is to supply their own branded device, made by contractors and delivered direct to end users. With android that is now a real possibility.
Apple is in serious trouble, those telecoms can do a higher spec device far far cheaper than the Apple product and compete carrier to carrier, with hardware and network.

Realistic hardware and software should have been a completely separate purchase decision. Ideally Linux with just enough left over in the kernel to do the job required, not one scrap more.
