Publicly claim yourself as the authority on the accuracy of the news and do so for profit and then you are fully liable for all your errors for pumping corporate propaganda as the truth.
Obviously it is more about claiming developments in quantum technology, than stealth aircraft. To detect stealth aircraft all you need is high accuracy weather radar. You do not look for the aircraft, you look for it's impact on the atmosphere, pressure wave, changes in water density in the atmosphere and the exhaust itself. For searching this is far superior, because it presents a much, much larger target, a huge target. You don't see the plane but you see a very suspicious polluted cloud moving at hundreds of kilometre an hour, with out any regard to wind patterns and presenting a shock wave. How big a target, I'll bet it would be the best way to do over the horizon radar, not targeting the plane at all, just it's impact on the atmosphere, likely making over the horizon far easier and extend it's range far, far beyond line of site.
So in reality stealthy planes are only stealthy if they don't move or start their engines and of course any plane is stealthy if it hides in a hanger. So why is everyone still paying for brand new stealthy, cough, cough, aircraft, the lust for profit and corruption. It's not like they don't know this and have not been aware of it for years, but when there is a buck in it for the military industrial complex, expect lies and the truth to be buried.

They have basically played with an interpretation of law. It would seem if they are immune from civil suite under that act as they are not covered by it, then they are screwed individually and the organisation itself. You sued by that act and then you likely would also not be protected by other provisions ie you can not abandon one, without abandoning the other and you can use the judgement itself to directly sue the TSA as a private employer and the TSA agents themselves. So it would seem like in their rush to win the case, they tossed the TSA itself and it's employees under the bus. Got to be real careful when you start playing corrupt arsehole with the law, attempting to push distortions of interpretation, you get them to stick and sometimes they can turn around and bite you on the ass. Can't be sued under tort claims act, then you have pretty much publicly abandoned your protection under federal law and they can use this very case as precedent. I'll bet the government will settle now because whoops.
This whole argument seems as weird as. I use notepad for temporary one page junk. I use notepad++ for editing larger unformatted text only documents. For more than that I use libreoffice https://www.libreoffice.org/. Fixing bugs is about applying the best solution and having a range to choose from, whilst it does delay things, still works to ensuring the best solution at the time is used. So your effort was most definitely not wasted, just part of the overall competing eyeballs, looking for the best solution.

Properly done, they should only literally interpret the wording of the law and absolutely nothing else. If this creates a problem for government, then they should rewrite the law to correct the issue.
This turns those judges into politicians and they are most definitely no longer high court judges who rule on the legal literal interpretation of the law, just corrupt ideologues and political appointees, designed as the last hold out of the corrupt, when the law comes for them ie no matter how illegal, the corrupt high court will rule it legal, look no further that dollars trump votes ruling.
The US high court is straight up politically tainted corrupt shite, just accept that reality and fucking fix it.
In this case it is public relations firms, private investigators and lawyers, who use what ever information is accessible to fabricate a lie about a person by selective presenting information, to scam fuckwit judges or at least give entirely corrupt judges sufficient of an excuse to let it slide on through until the next judges election time or what ever the corrupt appointment process is.
