I absolutely agree with this. I use both windowz and Linux all windowz at work and mostly Linux at home I still find my self pulling, no; Ripping! my hair out over something that should be so simple but I have to resort to Google or some dreaded forum to figure it out. Yes I am learning but I'm tired at this point so I'll just boot my pirate copy of XP...Sorry.:(
I agree 100 percent, I just delt with this problem a week ago took down my four point to points and my internet...Scrach my head what the fuck? Turned out to be a bad NIC in my Nagios box.
Flop sweating the whole time and tired as hell from a 12 hour day.
I would love to figure a way to run Terminal Service with Bart PE.. Does anyone think it can be done.
Put it on some shit box for an RDP appliance to access my network.
So basically Microsoft is admitting to the fact that they can't write an un-attackable OS and throwing in the towel. At our expense!
Money, Money, Money
I'm Broke
Termination is the key word! At some point it must enter a home or office. That's when you get stuck with a "Termination Fee" That will than be passed on to the home owner or business owner. Most likely it will be cheaper to go through SBC directly for your VOIP service to avoid the Termination Fee. Small companies like the one that I work for will be affected by this we love VOIP and will sell it all day-long but with a Termination Fee the savings for our customers will be gone and so will another piece of are business and a few more engineers.
