I think you have to take you court papers to the County Recorder in your area, and have them help you fill out a form to record the jugement into the country register. Some counties have special officers that help you get paid for small claims court judgements, and they are among the 'recorders' who work in the big city-county hall- not the court system.
Then they legally owe you the money, since the jugement is recorded. Im not no lawyer, but I've been thru similar sityashuns.

So weight Kg, being the measurement of gravity's effect on a mass (the lump), is a measurement of earth gravity. An Avogadro basis would turn the kilogram back into a measurement of mass, like we all thought it was in the first place.
What about the rumors of gravitational quanta, and its relation to the Planck length? Once we figure out small gravity, we can compare weights to masses. If there was a precise measurement of gravitation, that would be universal enough to be able to define a standart weight. Gravity is going to be edged out of SI when the kilogram changes its basis from the French lump.
And remember, only two countries dont use metric, US and Liberia.
I remember in 2nd grade (way back in the early 80s) a kid brought a rejected tile from the Colombia for show and tell. It was like heavy, solid, foam stone. His father was a shuttle tile designer. I got to borrow it for a day, it was like holding a really cool plate.
