    Are people under the impression that the Su-37 can't get a 'look-thru' helmet cueing system? That, unlike fundamental airframe design, software capabilities cannot rapidly advance post construction of the aircraft?

    I don't think the F-35 is useless, but it sure is an INCREDIBLY expensively mediocre aircraft intended to carry excellent (someday) software and sensors.

    What the Russians will do:
    Put wings on the S-400 and call it a day.

    Ah right, like having a radio transmitter on a robot with a constantly on, two way, broadband data link is a good idea, if it is trying to hide and not get hit. If you radiate energy of any frequency you can be detected and if you can be detected you can be targeted.

    And that's why we need to put our focus on the undead!

    Come hell or high water, this should be dealt with pretty dam fast.

    Don't rush it or flood us with poor jokes. Keep your head above the water and take it serious, people will get charged up, this is a grave situation.

    Alternative solution: Just rename the dam to "Sesame dam."

    My joke could had been fun if I had made it correctly, one article had a lot of cables but I didn't knew whatever all was standard USB ports or not so I googled it and just took one but that one didn't even have the type C port so .. that was pretty stupid. 03:35 local time so I blame that. Also there was the SuperSpeed cables as-well.

    Anybody want to drop a fortune on an 8K monitor only to have it ruined by a shoddy cable? Anyone? Bueller?

    ... of course what I said above is also true for Microsoft.
    Have they ever done anything about piracy? Isn't wild piracy something which keep/kept them being the undisputed #1 when it come to operating-systems? Had Microsoft just somehow banned me I would of course use something else, how is that good business for Microsoft? It make no sense at all.

    Of course good (heavy and "uncrackable") DRM could had worked for Microsoft if they could also regionally lock down the pricing and usage somehow (by language?), I don't really know how because then they could get paid but still let poor people be able to afford their product, however without that good DRM would just mean that Microsoft wouldn't be very relevant in poor markets (if they also want to earn money in richer markets) and is that really what they want? (Sure localization by IP or whatever, though not very accurate, have people identify themselves with passports?)

    We will see. Worst comes to worse, Microsoft will be pressured into collecting data from machines, and if the telemetry data is blocked or it shows communication with P2P torrent sites, the activation of Windows would be pulled from that machine, or the box would be flagged so any accounts (Steam, Blizzard) would be insta-banned.

    Yeah, good idea. Speaking as someone who has been spending what? Hopefully under $2000 on games, comics and books through bundle sites and what not the last three years or so and close to not use the content and who don't download shit - yeah - great idea to ban me if I did! Just great!

    Because that will earn you more money! .. Not.

    Why did the US wanted to have their own oil production? Same thing.
    I've got the impression that in my home country we can't rely on food from out own country, that may work just fine for now but not necessarily always.

    I could had thrown in why we here in Sweden developed so many weapon-systems for ourselves too.
    (Then again forging cannons was one of the first industries we had.)

    Well, actually I think creating the printer is more of an accomplishment than pressing ctrl-p.

    (This one could had been continued into pressing ctrl-c, ctrl-v, ctrl-p in case of a design made by someone else ;D)

    Yeah, I totally hate to generate (in my case music) lists of videos just to later find out some of them are gone without being able to see what has been removed!

    They could had kept the title and possibly username, then again others may have different interests there depending on what was uploaded in the first place but .. At-least keep on showing it for the person who made the list so they possibly can find a replacement.

    The idea was that 1 atmosphere would be the the pressure of 10 meters of water (where?! :D) and it would all be solved out by having the same water and the same light-speed.

    Shouldn't it be the "general" definition? Fuck the metal weight - 1 kg is 1 liter of (distilled/pure) water (at 1 atmosphere pressure)? The amount of heavy hydrogen messes it up? 1 atmosphere of pressure isn't the same at all places on the earth due to varying gravity?
