Craigslist. You do have to get the weeds and small bushes out of the boats involved and they "ran fine when parked 20 years ago", but what do you want for a $2 boat?
It is all fun and games until:
A - you go someplace on another continent and THEN find out you are on the no-fly list and cannot come home.
B - you can't board the plane because you are on the no-fly list. This leads to you being unemployed and the entire flight being delayed because you are the pilot!
Both things have happened.
I got "volunteered" to make a medical device because no one else at work was good with the hardware interfaces and it was a HUGE PITA. FDA doesn't like this, they don't like that, test this 500 more times, etc. etc.....
My Toyota had this issue. The gas pedal would just stay at full throttle. I lurched my way to the dealer to get it fixed and the mechanics had a good laugh at my expense. The floor mat was ripped and catching up in the pedal. 1 new floor mat later and I was on my way. This was in about 1999.
If a number of unrelated people have wanted to drug you for your own good over a number of years, you must have been quite the interesting roommate. Just sayin..
I thought it was kind of a general purpose device that could do other things. The old FermiLab accelerator could do all manner of experiments AND they served great burgers in the lunch room:)

I spend 15/16 K on cars. There are plenty of very nice used cars for that.
Been tried. They reproduced and are still there.
