It depends on the level of security you expect. To make sure that your documents don't get into the open when someone steals your laptop it may be sufficient since most thieves just don't worry about the contents and just reformats it after a cursory glance on the contents. So everything that's not obviously visible or takes more than 5 minutes to access is probably safe.

If you are targeted by the authorities I would say that no wide-spread security system is safe. The authorities are even more likely to have backdoors into bitlocker than TrueCrypt, even though I suspect that they have TrueCrypt backdoors as well.

This is also a case where too much security may be counter-productive. It shall be possible to assign any random person at a construction site to go change a text to be suitable for the moment. If not then the wrong text may be displayed leading to worse problems.

A possibility exists to only allow selection between pre-programmed texts without authentication, but even then it would cause headache in some cases.

The balance between the risk of having a sign hacked with a funny text or not being used because it's too complicated has to be considered.

Most signs haven't been hacked, drivers are usually used to incorrect information anyway and just consider a hacked sign a change from the normal boring commute.

Can as well have a standard text "Laser wielding cop behind this sign, max 20mph".

It depends on what your phone habits are. If you just receive an occasional call like a minute per day or so then just keep your sim card and use wifi hotspots (a lot of shops and cafés have them).

If you make a lot of local calls in each country or want to do frequent data traffic without WiFi then get a prepaid card for each country. It depends on how long you are staying too.

I think that the correlation and cause is interesting here, and I doubt that the brain shrinks because the person watches porn, it's more likely that the reward processing area is small from the beginning and therefore requires more stimuli to produce the sufficient effect.

Another question is also if the persons with restrictions in the reward processing drives themselves harder than those with a more developed reward processing. This leads to the counterpart - the person with a well-developed reward area that may find the most mundane things rewarding and therefore are content with things as they are.

So it may not necessarily be bad to have a restriction in the reward area - it may be the driving force for more than porn watching.
