    Invite yourself around, sit down at their machines, right click on the task bar and select 'Start Task Manager.' Look over particularly the Processes tab and its CPU and memory columns, also the Performance tab and its Resource Monitor button. Take some notes, and think a while. Print out all our correspondence, take it to your doctor (a good one, mind) and say "WTF is it with this gargledouche prick?" He'll take it from there.     Yeah. A really good Amiga crash would randomly poke the graphics and sound chips and the machine would look and sound as if it were about to explode.
