It's odd how http://www.wimamp.com brings you to the new site for Winamp5, but http://winamp.com/ brings you to the Winamp3/2 site. guess they want to let people get the old ones still, in case this one turns out to be unliked by some people.
Maybe I'm a cynic but it seems to me that we've got pretty much everything we need.
If you think we have everything we need, you haven't put much thought into it. We still do not have cures for my diseases, nor methods of getting an object/person from one far away place to another within a matter of a few seconds (which would also be useful in the medical field if time is a factor to save a life). There are many more things that could be of use to us for both important and not as important reasons; you just have to stop and think about the problems and nuisances of life to come up with at least a few of them.
Maybe nerds can be socially acceptable, but geeks probably never will. There's just something disturbing about biting a chicken's head off that makes it impossible to become popular.
Maybe it's just me, but I didn't see any point in him saying that "Chrono Trigger sucks". At no point does he say anything to give him a reason to say that (other than to start a flame war and get more people to read his article out of anger instead of out of interest). He even said that Chrono Cross, the sequel, was a good game.
If you think they are all about sex, then you've missed some of them. For instance, Love Hina Advance for the Gameboy Advance has a few perverted jokes here and there, but they are mostly light-hearted and you never see a sex scene, let alone between you and the girls. Whether you find one that is perverse or not all depends on how well you shop around.
If you used to play NES games with the official controller, you know what I'm talking about. The unergonomic design of the original controller caused blisters for many an old-school gamer.
And I'm sure the Romans, who had an insanely huge army, did so well at not losing their empire.
The Roman Empire fell because they were distanced (figuratively and literally) from the people living in it. They didn't care to help defend the empire, despite any army jobs; they were concerned with their own land, not Rome's.
With nobody caring, there was no defense. Thus, we need to worry about helping people first, and then we can worry about making ourselves look tough.
But do you do it based on the movie or the book? Many would argue that the book (which the movie was losely based on) was better. There would be a difference in gameplay depending on which one you went with; based on the movie, it would be more oriented around fighting the hunters, while if it was based on the book, it would have more to do with stealth.
This isn't a business site. It's an open source encyclopedia. Check what it is before assuming they're in it just for the money.

Good point. These things tend to not open well in Mozilla Firebird, from my experience.

It may be cheaper for the publisher, but will it be cheaper for the consumer, or will they use a comparable price to GBA games (or more)?

It sounded to me like "chune".
So if I go to a rave now, instead of glow sticks, will I see people waving around fish sticks?

There was once a flash movie of "Pong - The Movie". Penny Arcade once had it in one of their news posts. I can't remember which one though.
The point is that he said Coke, not Pepsi. :)
War can be mentally tramatizing. Veterans don't always get over wars because some of them just can't due to the mental damage of it.

Doesn't Capcom already have a copyright/trademark on Biohazard? I think I saw Leon (Resident Evil 4 render) in one of the screenshots too.
Not meaning to troll, but this sounds a lot like they are trying to reuse the story from either "The Most Dangerous Game" or "The Running Man".
2D games are not extinct; games such as Guilty Gear X and SNK vs Capcom continue to be made, and have a solid fan following.
... you'd think the RIAA was involved in the counting. :)
As far as I can remember, Donkey Kong was better in the arcade. The NES version lost 2 of the original levels.

Is id Software part of the group? If so, they should have at least a little to do with launching rockets. :)
You thought the giant robots were bad already? Just watch how much of Tokyo they destroy by dancing through it.
...if it will be available on Kazaa? ;)
If they bought a small label, the RIAA would only hate them more. After all, they don't like competition.
