You're presumably paying a lot extra on the car price for for the amortized R&D costs and the cost of the hardware to even do this, but then you're still driving in all but name. Given most cars already have a cruise control, all it seems to be capable of doing is saving you the "extreme" (NOT) effort of having to occasionally turn the steering wheel, but it cant even do that all the time.
Personally, I'd MUCH rather do without all that crap and just drive myself thanks.

Besides,all they're doing to get this, is overclocking standard slower speed memory on a tester then binning the individual chips accordingly. You aren't getting RAM that was actually made to go this fast, whcih brings a LOT of reliability questions up.
Personally I'd rather have good reliability than a slightly higher score on benchmarks that you'll never notice in real life.

Which things are these? I can't think of a single one, at least that is great on their own merit (and not because of monopolistic marketing), and isn't done better by something free in Linux.
But this isn't a new thing. Assad has a long history of using sarin and other chemical weapons such a chlorine gas against the rebels. If you put it into perspective its clearly Assad behind it, and the UN certainly believes it is, and has a moutning body of evidence to back it up from their on-site inspectors.
While I think you might have a good point about successive governments using the middle east as a distraction to the sheeple, I seriously don't think genocide is ever a good answer for anything. I personally don't believe that there are significant negative psychological effects, I'm just depressed that there isn't more creativity or choice in the entire gaming industry than just repeatedly banging out the same formulaic crap with different graphics. It seems almost as as bad as Hollywood and their use of about 4 templates for literally every movie plot line.
