    Sadly, they're probably trying to market to people that see 1TB or whatever hard disk capacity and equate that to being some kind of performance value.

    Even if you don't perceive yourself to be in the desired state of mind for what you're working towards, dabbling/going off on semi-related tangents does provide some additional perspective(s) to approach things from later on.

    I'd have probably gone for:

    For instance, Organic fuji apples were marked down from $3.49 to $1.99 a pound.

    Point stands, the english was a tad awkward. Not entirely unlike using the term "x time less than" instead of specifying a fraction, when the latter was simple and concise.

    Very true, insight much appreciated. Brings to mind a lot of older software, which was programmed under the mindset that people would only use it for its intended purpose, and that malicious actors basically don't exist... I guess it's a matter of achieving a useful balance.

    Unfortunately, it's far easier to destroy and harm than it is to create and improve... I doubt there are many among us who haven't derived some kind of pleasure from breaking something at some point in their lives.

    This does not, however, mean we should not try. Also no reason to completely write off the dark-side folks, sometimes they see the light and come around.

    My guess would be that the extra capacity concept applies to the 75kWh battery as well, but to a lesser degree. Could be wrong, of course, as I have been many times before.
