[Sarcasm] Wow they fooled the Media. I never thought i'd see the day where the media would report some sensationlist news without checking the facts out. This is a sad day indeed. [/sarcasm]
I don't have cable(not by choice) therefore, I've had to torrent the second season so far, so i'm glad i'll be able to get a legitimate copy of it to watch. Now if they would put Stargate SG-1 and atlantis on Itunes, I could get rid of my torrent program altogether.
What about... (I have no knowledge of any kind about law but that hasn't stopped anyone else from posting so...)
If you initiate the the lawsuit (You sue someone) and you lose then you have to pay all the lawyer fees plus some kind of Court Cost. Now except for a big company that would offer some kind of deterrence. At least it would to me.
The problem with that is eventually the government will pass a law saying you can be held responsible for what happens from your AP.

My first thought, after reading what the submitter posted, was that the next headline would read: "Creator of VisiCalc sued for patent infringement".
No they'll sue the people that watched it.
No wonder i haven't been able to figure Linux out.
that's sad, but probably close to true.
When a programmer turns 40 the sunset squad comes and takes him to the near death star.

Is this the tech that will replace BlueRay and HD-DVD? It's funny that this big format war might be over something that is already obsolete.
