    So, you'll instead have BOTTLED tapwater?

    That's only in the US. Europian consumers are really, really turned off by tapwater (vs. water from real springs).

    No, KHTML will be used in Safari and it'll mature through Safari. All Safari development will roll back into khtml, so the engine will (at a certain point in time) be on par with gecko.

    Thus, Khtml won't be obsolete. In fact, if a windows part could be made, it'd be quite beneficial to web development.

    Actually, you don't have to be a Brit. Being a UK resident will do. Will do meaning is required, so that excludes me, alas.

    And I quote:

    Well, if the europian blogs are anything to go by,
    the UK bloggers are a bit baffled by the low number of tunes...Apple not being able to reach a deal with independant labels was one factor.

    If Apple had been able to clinch the deal, there would probably have been many more sales.

    Meanwhile, the rest of Europe is going:
    "iTMS Europe? Ha! Just the UK, Germany and France*..when will we get it? Oh wait, Euro 2004 is on, nevermind."

    *which is logical of course, as they are the larger countries...but still, if they had actually launched in the whole of Europe, they could have promoted themselves at Euro 2004 and would have made a far bigger impact.

    You want to get the Korean FIrmware. Everything will still be in english, so don't worry about having everything in Korean :D

    I've done this myself for my IMP-400 and it works great.

    Get yours at the download site.

    And no, I don't know any korean, but I managed to find this pretty easily....either I'm uber smart or it's just the most logical designed site ever.

    No No No No.

    The security issue is NOT Javascript. It's ActiveX.
    Tell people to turn off ActiveX, and for goodness sake leave JS on.

    Building websites that actually display and work properly on today's most used browser (guess which one that is...) is hard enough without having to worry about the 4% of die-hards who turn JS off.

    However, he isn't wrong on some facts. Let's look at the etymology:

    Virus ~ Etymology: Latin, venom, poisonous emanation; akin to Greek ios poison, Sanskrit visa; in senses 2 & 4, from New Latin, from Latin

    So it did come from Latin into english, but probably originated from Sanskrit.

    And I do have the official Oxford English Dictionary, so I looked it up and lo and behold: Virus doesn't have any abnormal plural!

    (In fact, what it states is pretty much along the same lines as what Merriam-Webster says about virus )

    So what do you call more than one virus?
    Virusses!

    Little Boxes and Css Templates should help you.

    You're right. This article is rigged.

    My friend won one of these keyboards and they're hopeless to type on. Oh, and the neon glow is kinda cool, but the coolness factor wares off after about...well...15 secs.
