You can. Its called services like Vudu which (shortly after the episode first airs typically) has the episode (s) you want available to be streamed or downloaded to a device which supports Vudu. But each episode will run you typically 99 cents to $1.99 I guess if you dont watch much tv, this would be a good way to do it, but if you watch even just 25 episodes at the $1.99 price a month, you could have dish network with like 150 to 200 channels (or for around $80 you could have the hopper/joey with 250 channels + ondemand and dvr like us which gives you pretty much the capabilities of Vudu plus the dvr)
Wait, you're saying channels like discovery would havd actual science stuff instead the amish mafia? And history channel would have history stuff instead of some of the goofy ass shows they have?
And Tru tv.. well.. hell I'm not sure they could exist. They'd have to have "True" shows to match their name and with all the shows they have "lizzard lick towing, that Repo show with the bald headed douche, etc etc" they'd have to wipe ths slate clean and start *all* over.....
I have their 50/10 servic which had a special of like $54/month or something and goes to $65/month after 6 months or so. When I called to place the order, the person told me if I wanted I could bundle with the basic cable for no extra cost (after which I spent 5 minutes asking in various forms to ensure it wouldnt cost any extra at any point etc)
So in the end comcast, at least here charges the same for internet alone as it does with internet + basic tv (the tuner box doesnt have a monthly fee or anything either).
Isn't this more of a "deposit box" machine seeing as an ATM (automated teller machine) allows withdrawal of money, checking account balances, transferring funds from one account to another etc? (And technically shouldn't the machines that only dispense be MAC (money access center) machines?
... id hope he runs better than that. My brothers fwd 2.2L 4 banger honda prelude (about 2900 lbs car) does high 10's (using a gt-4x turbo.. iirc its a gt-42 but may be a 40 and 1600cc injectors). Obviously the internals are built and a replacement ecm/ecu is used which is something a setup like your buddy's removes the need for (which is always nice to keep it simple!), but in a car that light id expect a littls faster out of that setup).
Plus the track closest to here has a nice grade the whole way down the track (I have to use the ebrake to not roll off the line) instead of thd normal slight downhill grade to half way then the uphill grade)
And a family friend received one for christmas 2 years ago and asked me to check it out since she couldnt get online... the wireless absolutely blew. It was hard to even connect to any wirless (especially say our wireless wit the wpa2 aes) and when you did the range was maybe 15'. Also the device was crazy slow, the resistive screen blew (I know some in that range *may* have had a capacitive) and even doing the only 3rd party flash didnt help
I'd rather have 1 good tablet rather than 3 worthless POS' s that are just going to irritate the hell out of me with their major (or even somewhat minor but many) issues.
Car example: I can buy a used car for a reasonable price and have a car that works (say a early 90s honda) or I could buy a bunch of cheaper used cars for the same total price (say chevy citations/pontian pheonix or better yet a ton of trabants!) Is it really worth it for quantity over qaulity? Absolutely not for me
Pretty sure they tried rebooting first to solve the solution, which cause windows system repair to start on boot up. System repair ran for the whole time (since theres a grayed out cancel button you cant click) after which it reported system repair was unable to repair the system
And im sure the fcc cares about your wireless lan transfer speeds. This is more about the fact in more populated areas you cant even really transfer a file due to the massive amount of devices in such a compact area all trying to compete for limited frequencies.
Now if you add this extra frequency range and increase thr wireless speeds of each device already out there by utilizing it along with the current frequencies your using, what do you think is going to happen? The same shit thats happening now. A ton of devices all fighting over the same frequencies so everyone is all jamming each other just like you have now.
The only people who will benefit will be those in more rural areas or early adaptors. I can tell you even in the more rural area I'm in you can still see more distant access points (plus the ones next door and what not) that pretty much cover the 2.4 range... and this is only 4 or 5 APs. I can only imagine how bad arsas of say NYC are.
Now if they introduced the new frequencies but *left the speeds* at what they have now (dont simultaneously use more of the addon frequencies with the ones currently used to increase speed) it would be more benefical as more users could fit in without stepping all over each other. But then you'll have some people who just *have* to transfer files from machine to machine wirelessly instead of using cat 5 or 6 or even something like a thumbdrive or external usb to the benefit of your own speed and the wireless signal of others.
Setup a radius server and use that for authentication.
I know a lot of the 3rd party firmware supports the setup (dd-wrt, openwrt, etc) if that's an option. This way, sure they can still connect but they won't be going anywhere without the correct authentication so using your wifi would be pointless
The other option you can do with what people mentioned above (Mac filtering etc) is change your ssid and don't broadcast your ssid. While this is like Mac filtering as in its not going to stop a determined person, it may when combine with Mac filtering and what not be enough to make it not worth the hassle
Re-read.. part of the updates are patches, including patches for IE 10, BUT its not known if one of the updates is the actual upgrade to IE 10 its self... was that so hard to understand? (I realize it could have been worded it a bit better, but it's still not hard to figure out)
Yes that isnt functioning correctly.. especially if I hit open in a new tab... and its been what a month and a half or two since I first pressed classic.
Even when I opened this page the pop up appeared again...
No kidding.. I took down the firewall on my router (comcast connection) to test some VPN stuff.. instead of doing a port forward etc.
I was doing this from the in-laws house to my house, and within just a couple minutes I saw attempts from china on the SSH and IPsec/L2TP ports (linux box's firewall was set so you couldn't access the L2TP outside of an IPsec tunnel).
Even after turning the firewall back on, they must have somehow (automated?) realized there was a machine they could access but not log into yet.. and port scanned, because my auth.log was showing SSH attempts on the alternate port my router was forward to SSH... (I disabled password login, just use a 512 bit ECDES key, but the fact they somehow found the alternate port which was in the 16xx range in under an hour was interesting, and so was the fact it wasn't a constant stream of failed log ins.. there'd be 10 to 20 attempts over the course of a couple minutes, then a 30 minute or so gap.. rinse and repeat)
Healthy adults typically spend one-quarter of the night in deep, non-rapid-eye-movement (REM) sleep. Slow waves are generated by the brain’s middle frontal lobe. Deterioration of this frontal region of the brain in elderly people is linked to their failure to generate deep sleep, the study found.
Well.. issue is the systems at work are all RHEL, CentOS or FC... I haven't used FC for ages so I figured I'd give it a try. Wasn't thinking FC 18 would use gnome 3.. just a brain fart (since we use it in a server role with a different WM for xrdp).
In the end I just went with centos since I have to setup an ipsec/l2tp vpn on a centos machine
It wouldn't install. Right after where you choose to install the bootloader, it would just crash. The debug info didn't tell why at all. That happened with both the Beta and final releases. Linux Mint and lubuntu installed just fine (as did centos 6.3).
I finally figured out what was causing it.. the optimus or whatever on my Dell laptop, where it uses the integrated Intel video for low demand stuff and an Nvidia chip for higher demand periods. I only figured this out after trying to get the nvidia binary driver installed and saw mention on some guides.about didisabling it if you have issues (and I could see both devices loaded). After disabling in the bios fedora installed fine (but that Damon gnome desktop... grr! )
Anyhow, a little more info on why the installer crashed would have been great considering two debian based systems and centos installed fine with optimus enabled
I think RMS forgot all about the fact each year/change/update would be a new copyright since it is a new version, so the only copies going completely public would be the version from 5 years ago. So whatever would be used without the benefit of any return from the company would be 5 years or more old.
I downloaded fun run for our kid on my iPad.. he liked it and it has a mode where you can play friends (cross device too!) So I put it on my phone and the wife's phone. Now we all 3 play together and she can't feel any more embarrassed than myself when our son (who turns 3 in February) beats both of us
I find it odd lavasoft shows a higher score than kerpasky for the home windows 7 group... yet their 3 (or 4 if you include useability) shows kerpasky being much better than lavasoft

No, there's a known flaw with wps that can be exploited and used to gain access to the network. In fact, it was talked about on slashdot a while back

We use Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) for all of our backups

Nothing shows up. Android 4.1.2 browser on a galaxy s3. Completely white page and thats it (I dont have javascript disabled)...
I hope the damn pop up also goes away, its annoying as crap... and less javascript frameworks mayhelp my battery last a bit longer

Or the german sub on the east cost (New York IIRC)

So where's the law requiring carriers to unlock phones after the contract period is up?

And if the co-op had worked with the pirated version? Would you had still purchased the legit copy?

The original article they linked to iirc was some smaller website that did list Google play
