Have a look at PlanetCCRMA I have been using their repos for years for all my audio needs: Rosegarden, Ardour, Hydrogen, etc. It's Fedora/Redhat based, but worth the switch.
What they should do is sell episodes *worldwide* (lots of people are willing to pay a reasonable amount to watch new stuff at the same time it airs in the US), at something like $0.25 per episode, or maybe $50 for all you can get.
It would be nice if BBC did this as well, I'd pay the BBC for Top Gear Episodes if I could watch them realtime.
"It makes far less sense if the two products aren't build using the same parts, of course, which is why the car analogy falls flat "
I would have to disagree. The Chevrolet and GMC lines beneath the skin are made out of EXACTLY the same parts. Other than the body, there is not a single discrete part from a GMC that Will not fit a Chevrolet. (I own one of each). I take that back. The body as a whole will fit a Chevy if you change it all at the same time. The grill is a drop in replacement. Ditto between Holden Commodore and a few Pontiac GTO.
It's a whole lot easier to shoot those who you disagree with than a) figure out what motivates a group of disparate individuals, and b) exploit those motivations.
Incadescent lights are analog. Just ask a dimmer. A light switch is digital. The light itself isn't (except for many fluorescents that have a minimum "on" voltage)
I worked out that it would take over 200 relays to make a BCD clock like the one at think geek. 45 per JK flip-flop 1 flip flop per bit, and several carry gates.
The FTC should handle all of the dot-coms. If you want a.com, register with the FTC. If you have an ORGANIZATION of underwater basket weavers, use a.org Then we need to add.npo for non-profits.
That sucks. I was assigned to Creech and the Predator program (back when it was ISAFAF not Creech, before the Predator had missile hardpoints) and I didn't get paid extra.
Ah, but if it's shredded, how can they tell it was evidence? It could have been the company newsletter printed too many times. Maybe the files they were looking for were stolen...
I agree 10 seconds is FAR to long. Olympic Top Fuel racing! 1320 feet in 5 seconds. Besides, it's not a sport unless it requires protective gear. Otherwise it's just exercise.
How about a car analogy? The internet is a series of interconnected highways. The packets are the cars, they all know their destination. Occasionally packet collisions occur, etc.

Now that I think about it, neither my PSX nor PS2 seemed to care if I moved it while it was on.

Let me help you out

this is why we have wars and need killbots.
And that pretty much wraps it up. Now I need a new name...

I would argue that might makes right as it stands now. Financial might, in this case.

Let them play Bioshock. Then they will know.
I think you are grossly overestimating the motives and wisdom of the average teenager.
They are on facebook because it is cool to be there. Going anonymous rather defeats the point.
Websense where I work has all of sourceforge listed as malware...
In Nevada we handed all power over to the Feds when we were made a state.

Sorry.
however hotmail, gmail and yahoo mail all are, and are typically reached via a browser.

Then we need to add
5 Minutes? Discounting Holds and such, it takes damn near 5 minutes to type in the number they give you.
Female is also sexist, as it is a term applied to a single sex. As it dude, man, woman, lady.
which is fine of course, unless you are trying to use Linux to rescue data from a corrupted Windows install/damaged FAT.
Only if it's officiated by Raptor Jesus.

How much is a buttload as expressed in Metric Fucktons? I only deal in Metric.
People get made all the time. (often on accident)
