That's not true. You have no right to drive, because there's no "right to drive" listen in the Constitution. You have a right to go wherever you want though, that is part of liberty.

I agree that this whole thing is stupid, but noone is granted a "right" to know the laws that they live under. Find in the Constitution where you're given a right to know the laws. Many legal arguments like this seem to rest on people thinking they have have "rights" that they don't have.

You don't seem to realize what censoring "for the children does." (I'm a minor BTW.) If a game is made offlimits to those under 18, then a store would have to put it in a seperate room, much like adult movies. Once they are in that seperate room, there sales by adults will go way down, because they aren't being advertised as much. Advertisement is 50% of selling a game, and it is non-existant when you need to go into an adult only room. Once sales of 18+ games go down, they will stop being made.

I'm thankful for you telling me a shouldn't see porn, or shouldn't watch people die, I seem to find that stuff very amusing and it hasn't hurt me yet.

It really depends where you are in the US. Some states don't allow these things. Having states decide some things and not the federal government is a good political advantage of the US over Britain. A state like Wyoming or somewhere isn't going to have big brother very much, but a state like New York will allow big brother to watch. A New Yorker doesn't like big brother? He can move to a different state that doesn't allow it.

Uhhh you're an American? You don't seem to understand our government. You can that "one leader, one person" can stop you from doing what you love. The president does not make laws. Never could, never has, probably never will. Congress makes law, and it is hard for a law to make it through both houses of Congress. And once a law is passed, a court can strike it down. A single man can't do anything on his own in our government. If you a scared of someone taking away your freedoms, you should be scared of Congress, not the President.
